What is/was your DIY "white whale"?

When the game was first out, it was the tiny library! I finally got it in a message in a bottle. I haven't been playing as much lately but I still don't have the tree's bounty arch and know that I would put it literally everywhere if I did.

The Iron Garden Table DIY was the stuff of nightmares to find. I time travelled the equivalent of over 10 years and never found it. I finally just bought it here on TBT forums. Meanwhile, I got that blasted Kettlebell and Barbell DIYs like 8 times each.
I about finished my DIYs (only lacking Roost cookie) so the pain of the search is over. Bless the people on TBT who helped put an end to that endless hunt.

A bunch of the holiday stuff still eludes me. Still don't have a festive tree recipe, or many of the X-Mas items in general.
