What Keyboard Do You Use?

Some Gigaware keyboard that's way too bulky for my small desk, yet doesn't even have full-sized keys because of the pointless media keys. I actually do like it though, because my hands seem to prefer compact keys for touch typing.

Once this keyboard kicks the bucket my next will definitely be a mechanical.

Also, can I just say that I despise this trend of totally flat keyboards? I've been using those Mac keyboards in my college for years now but I can never get used to the lack of tactile feedback. They just feel gross to use. It's also why I avoid typing on a phone/tablet as much as humanly possible.

Totally there with you.

My laptop's keyboard is god-awful because it's so flat and uncomfortable. It's like pushing down on rubber, and most of the time I let go of it too soon out of habit. I, too, like having that tactile feedback. I want a physical button that I can hear click when I press it. I want to know what I pressed and when I can let go of the key.

I could get a completely blank keyboard if it's mechanical and do just fine.
If it's flat, I have no idea what I'm doing, even with the keys painted on it to guide me.

i play some games that require accurate and fast input, and having a rubbish laptop keyboard definitely holds me back at times
