What kinds of animals do you want to see in a future game?

I think it would be cool to have whales/dolphins. They have octopuses, so why not? And I would also like to see chinchillas. That would be adorable. And maybe some big bugs. They have Frog and Octopus villagers (and you can catch those and put them in the museum) so why not a butterfly or grasshopper villager?

I feel like Nintendo won't include Raccoon, Pelicans, Owls, Sloths, etc as villagers because of how special they are to the game...like I feel as if Nintendo won't include them as villagers because they're shop owners and stuff. I hope you know what I mean, I just didn't know how to word it!

I want more food-themed villagers. I'm thinking of collecting them and there don't really seem to be that many/enough.

Species-wise, the chinchilla base is a good idea. Sort of pudgy and with a bushy tail. It'd work well for a red panda, too, which would be cool. Maybe a platypus would also be good.

I can't think of anything else because everyone is suggesting everything I could think of.

What I would like to see is a female lion. Those would be cute. They could also use the lioness body to make ''subspecies'' like cheetahs and leopards.

A moose would be cool but I think if there was a moose it would be technically a deer like what they did with that ostrich flamingo.

Maybe a ferret? I like ferrets.

Lizards, I actually thought they where there as a villager species for some time until I looked up and it turns out they aren't, and so I was disappointed. I'd also like Dragons. (Hey, we have a unicorn villager! Who said they have to be real animals?)

I also agree with Dolphins and Rats, and Bats, I'd love to see them as villagers.

Different breeds of villagers, Mostly dogs.
As Envy said, Bulldogs would be interesting.. And maybe a cocker spaniel?
