I have Zucker, Lucky and Erik but I picked Erik because he's adorable and one of my all-time favourites. He is also really good to have in the wintertime. Cranston is actually my newest villager, ironically, and is my 5th lazy.
I may be biased because I absolutely adore Erik, but I voted him because I just think he's so sweet! although ultimately if you have your heart set on Zucker, go for zucker! there's no point getting a villager you don't want because a poll says he's cute
Seeing as you're island hopping I'd probably go for whoever you meet first of these~ But then I have no patience and prefer to island hop without having a specific villager in mind Lazy is my favourite personality type and all of the ones you've listed are cuties so I'm sure you'll love whoever you end up finding ~
From this list, I would get Walker, no doubt. He's one of my favorite villagers so it's really an easy answer for me. But, if you already like Zucker better than the others, I think you pretty much have your answer already. Go with the one you like better!
Thank you for the responses so far, everybody! I think I’m going to go with Zucker, but if I meet anyone else on this list I’d probably invite them as I’m island hopping and don’t want to stretch my luck, like @ReeBear said.

Oh this is so tricky! The lazies have some of my favourite designs and honestly I don’t think you could go wrong with any of your choices.
I chose Erik though because while I’ve never had him he’s quickly become one of villagers I hope to have one day! He just looks so darn cute I’ve had Zucker in New Leaf though and he’s really cute as well!
