I listen to a lot of ppl from a types of genres my favs are kpop artists, melanie martinez, chase Atlantic, the neighborhood, artic monkeys, James the 7th, and more what about you??

I haven’t listened to music in many years, but I liked heavy metal, Alternative, rock, very little pop (i like individual songs), instrumental, individual J-pop songs. For heavy metal, I like Iron Maiden; Alternative/rock - Story of the Year, 311 old MCR, and various other bands. Pop: a few songs of Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias (I like a lot of his music last time I listened to music). Instrumental: mostly video game music like FFX’s ost. I personally just like quiet. If I still listened to music, I’d definitely download some of FE3H’s songs and Persona 5 maybe.

All kinds. From pop (80s - present) to oldies to vaporwave to alternative rock.. Some of my favorite bands/artists include Modest Mouse, Glass Animals, Billie Holiday, Jimi Hendrix, Miracle Musical, Apashe, etc.
Not a big fan of scream-o or country. I like a few country songs though. Like Country Roads, Take Me Home. That song "slaps" as the kids say.

I usually listen to English, Spanish, and K-Pop songs and they vary from genres. I basically listen to everything except Country. From English I mainly listen to Lil Peep, Rihanna, Lykke Li, Melanie Martinez and more but I don't want to list everyone for Spanish it varies and K-Pop too since I don't really listen to a single group.

Mostly 1960s-some 1970s pop/folk/protest/hippie music etc. Also some opera. I also like Selena(Quintanilla-Perez not that other one lol) quite a lot.

I listen to any kind of music except reggae and heavy metal (I only like "Enter Sandman" by Metallica and K.K. Metal).

I'm one of those people who hates answering this question. Because...my answer is "everything".

I mean..."everything", within reason. Because...I'm still plenty picky. If I hate something, I hate it. Lol. I could list plenty of the "top" musicians of today. But, I don't really have any genres that I write-off entirely. I love music from all corners of the globe. I'm pretty sure I listen to a more vast variety of music than probably 98% of the people on this planet. I mean...that sounds pretty silly to say out loud (or to type, in this case). But...I think it's true.

Honestly, I think I have some sort of OCD with repetitive music. I get bored with music (even stuff I love) very quickly. So, I'm constantly like "What else can I find to enjoy". I spend way too long "going down the rabbit hole" on youtube to discover music I'm not already familiar with...both modern and classic. I buy random cheap albums at good will, just to see what they sound like, etc.

Also, I hate when people say "There is no good music these days". I'm always like "Nah...you just don't put any effort into finding it." Don't get me wrong...I know they don't make it easy to find the good music. Radio stations all play the same nonsense. Movies all have the same soundtracks. They intentionally bury quality music with mass-produced "hits". But, there's effectively more variety in music than ever before. So much great stuff out there. I will listen to music from other countries...in languages I can't even understand. I will listen to music from a hundred years ago just as easily as I will listen to music from yesterday. I just don't have any real boundaries. If I don't like something, I will probably never grow to like it. But, at the same time, there is always so much great music being produced every single day. All you need to do is dig for it. I love the dig.

I really like a lot of 80s stuff, that makes up most of what I listen to. I also like music across the 50s-2000s gap. some of my favorite people/groups are Genesis, Beatles, Bruce Hornsby & the Range, Huey Lewis & the News, Steve Winwood, Billy Joel, Elton John, and Duran Duran. :)

I listen to indie, alt rock, kpop, jrock, some rap, rnb, cpop, hiphop, that’s pretty much all I can think of. Some of my favorite artists to listen to atm are nct, and keshi :]

Not much main stream stuff besides a few songs

I like music by online artists (Like YouTube artists) then long versions of anime openings, and other random songs. Alternate language versions of popular songs is my jam currently lol

I do like alternative rock, not a huge fan of pop.

But yeah, friends will be looking through my list, with such a weird face at my weird taste in songs lol

My father quite accurately sums up my taste in music as, "80s New Romantic crap regurgitated with **** drum beats."

The artists I've been listening to most recently include AFI, Alaska, Ashnikko, Blaqk Audio, Bowling for Soup, The Pink Spiders, Scissor Sisters, Todrick Hall, and William Control.

Some of my all-time favourites include Adam and the Ants, Adam Lambert, Amanda Palmer, Blutengel, Boy George, Casting Crowns, Culture Club, Diana King, Dreamcar, Dresden Dolls, Jin Akanishi, Massive Ego, Melanie Martinez, Michael Jackson, Lord of the Lost, Nightmare of You, Placebo, Powerwolf, Rascal Flatts, and Relient K.

recently I've only really been listening to a ton of vocaloid, I like anime soundtracks and video game soundtracks too and certain Nightcore songs but vocaloid is definitely my favorite thing to listen to

Anime soundtracks, video game soundtracks, and jazz music. Jazz, and all of its varying subgenres, is about the only music I can stand if it’s not from an anime or a video game.
