they've suggested a few silly ones like touchdown and stuff x3 obviously that was a jock, i think it was specifically Pierce. but my favorites were suggested by Molly and Lobo, Molly suggested cupcake, which is very sweet, and Lobo suggested june bug (back in June) which is also very adorable! i really like some of the nicknames they give ^^ Marshal suggested "canape" and even though it's some kind of pastry sweet, in my language it means sofa so i had to deny...I made him call me sugar bun though, which i think is cute

Funny, my folks had a Rambler...it was ordinary then, but ultra-cool now!! (I was 12 in 1962) All the autos look alike to my eyes these days, and one this beautiful light turquoise color is rare! Back on topic, though,
a few of my islanders call me "rambler." To me it just means I ramble around the island a LOT! Which I do, plus travel to mystery islands frequently when I get bored at "home."PS It's ok to ramble! Definition #1: walk for pleasure, typically without a definite route.

Kiki keeps wanting to call me Lollipop lol... I set my foot down on that one. The only nickname that I accepted was one given to me by Roscoe hero - since there was a character in dragon age referred to as the hero of ferelden so i thought it worked, but the next time I had the option to change it, I changed it back to Inquisitor.

Thanks! I’m a huge Dragon Age fangirl lol. I do regret a little not giving my villagers more freedom to call me other things like Burrito (that is seriously so cute ><). I just really wanted a name to fit my island theme.
I’ve been doing less DA designs though so I might pick a different one eventually.

Buck came up to me and said hey I want to give you a nickname so I was like call me "Goose" (inside joke) and when I was talking to the other villagers they come up running to me and go hey Goose!!! It is so cute hahaha

I can't remember any of the names they suggested because as soon as I see them it's a resounding no. I kind of hate it in this game that shutting down their terrible nicknames doesn't prompt them to ask you what you want them to call you. I never cared for the ones in NL most of the time and they always than asked me to make one up for them.
I also hate the pings where someone says 'Hey I hear blank calling you 'terrible nickname, why oh why did I allow it?' can I also call you 'horrible nickname?' It's like all the time and when I say no they don't ask for me to make one up.
