Hey guys so I live in England, going London with the family in less than 2 weeks and we are deciding on what to do

We have been 2 other times and we have done the whole look around parliament (twice) London bridge etc is there anything different that we could possibly do that anyone actually knows?

We are going in memory of my mum for her birthday so on her birthday night we are going watching a show, one night we are going on the London eye, one day we are going to the London dungeons and going seeing London bridge and tower and Buckingham palace, Trafalgar square etc (but not actually going in them this time)

We are going for 4 days 3 nights. We are trying to include some of the things we have already done as my brothers girlfriend is coming and has never been but we would love something different?

I know this is a big shot but surely someone on here mustve been and done something good, I have tried google

thanks anyway

I happen to actually live in London so I'm familiar with a few popular attractions.

Have you visited Piccadilly Circus yet seeing as you haven't mentioned it? There's a fantastic new Tate Modern art gallery that opened recently, perhaps that is something to consider? Of course, there's also the Tate Britain which offers a more formal theme. I have visited both (not the new Modern one though, unfortunately) galleries and it was definitely worth both the money and the visit. Out of the two I'd recommend the new Tate Modern as it's more inviting and very unique, and if you're willing to splash the cash a bit. :)

EDIT: I'd also like to bring up the Science Museum and the Natural History Museum. They may be other attractions to consider as well.

My friend from Bristol recently came to stay with me here so I planned a few days out in London for us since I don't live too far away from the city! On one day we went to London Zoo (I had never actually been lmao) so it was nice to take a break from sightseeing and walking around the city, but the zoo is actually not that far from Camden (you could get the tube) so you could always visit Camden Market too, which I really enjoyed, they do a lot of street food. We also went to Greenwich Park (which is kind of further out from London), visited the museum and the market there, had a picnic, there's also an observatory in the park too (but I think you have to pay to enter, and I'm not sure if it's any good). Idk, those are just some suggestions besides the typical sightseeing stuff. :') Hope you have a lovely time in London, it's a great city!

break into the queen's house twice like that one drunk guy did ;}

There's this museum called The British Museum which is super cool if you're into history. You can see the Rosetta Stone there and all kinds of cool old stuff. It's definitely worth it!!!!!!!!!!

Feed the pigeons ! ヽ(*⌒∇⌒*)ノ

yeah definitely feed the pigeons! just walking through the parks is good too, they're really beautiful, there's great scenery and as well as the pigeons that literally jump onto your hand (!!) there's also other cool birds that you don't really see elsewhere in the country. St. James Park is close to all the popular sight seeing attractions (buckingham palace, big ben, london eye) so if you haven't already I recommend a walk there! Madame Tussauds is pretty interesting too if you like that. I've only ever been once for only a day so I don't have many suggestions, but I definitely reccomend a walk in the parks
