What TV character(s) will you love forever?

The title might be a little confusing, but I was wondering what TV characters you have watched for a while and like/love a lot? To give an example, I’ll say one of my all time favorite characters from a favorite show of mine (Brooklyn 99). I love Amy Santiago with all my heart. She is such a book loving nerd and she always does the right thing, and she is an amazing detective! So, what characters do you love and want to see more of?

I've been watching Star Trek since I was a wee lad and I always liked James T. Kirk's style,whether he was seducing green women,getting blasted on Saurian brandy or beating the crap out of some ugly lizard dude.Barney Fife was probably the funniest TV character I've seen.For a half hour comedy,Don Knotts did a great job developing this character and made him seem real.Flight of the Conchords were the funniest music/ comedy duo on television(probably the only music/comedy duo on television).They were so low key and odd with their thick Kiwi accents but that's what made the show so good.

Second Amy Santiago from Brooklyn Nine-Nine because I relate to her overachiever and righteous characteristics.

From Avatar: The Last Airbender, I will forever love two characters -- Zuko because of his amazingly written character development and arc and Iroh because he is the wholesome wise elder that we all need. ☺

I think my favorite tv-show character of all time is Hank Hill from King of the Hill. he's just so great and relatable, sure he has flaws but doesn't everyone? he's def my favorite tv dad.
also he's hilarious. yall can't tell me that the scene where he opens a can of WD-40 with another can of WD-40 isn't one of the greatest scenes in television history

I also really like Jean-Luc Picard from Star Trek TNG because I love Patrick Stewart in general, and I really love his character in that show ☺

In a quick Google search to see if he's actually been on TV, apparently Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is gettin his own series on Disney+, but I'm pretty sure he's been used in animated shorts before, granted a long time ago.

Idk why I like him, I just think he's cool.

Definitely Barney Fife from The Andy Griffith Show. Someone has already said it too LOLOL. I grew up watching Andy Griffith a lot with my dad in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep as a kid. Barney was always a 'tv show crush' of mine back then and even in my current age (19), I still ADORE him. Don Knotts did a lot to make Barney a realistic character. I love him. Gomer Pyle from Andy Griffith, too. I'll always love him as well.

I also love Dale Gribble from King of the Hill. He's so funny and I definitely share energy with him, we're so crazy~ xD

Other characters I'll love, Hoss Cartwright and Little Joe Cartwright from Bonanza... a really good western I love that I also grew up watching with my dad. I also love Chloe Decker from Lucifer, she's amazing. Her and Lucifer both, lol.​

Bobby Hill and Dale Gribble from King if the Hill (which is my fav animated show ever) such iconic characters.

Iroh would be such a chill dude to have tea and swap wisdom with.

I've been rewatching Regular Show lately and Eileen is such a sweetheart and her relationship with Rigby is adorable how they work to improve each other.

And special mention: Squidward. Squidward was a character I think you were supposed to think was too grumpy and mean spirited as a kid, but rewatching some old Spongebob episodes I see a lot of him in me. You either die a Spongebob or live longe enough to become a Squidward.

It's hard to know if the characters I like on shows now I'll love forever, but I've definitely loved Phineas, Isabella and Dr. Doofenshmirtz (all from Phineas and Ferb) since I was a kid so it's safe to say I'll keep liking them. Also, Chomper from The Land Before Time if movies count.
