Pokémon What was your first HATCHED shiny?

Interesting answers! I'm not patient either much with hatching shinies, I only put effort for cutiefly and meowth, cause i really wanted shiny kanto meowth in love ball ;w;

also i accidentally hatched a shiny mr mime too...2nd egg lol

shiny hoppip in the original pokemon gold.. I got it around 64 eggs, and I loved it so much

From what I recall my first hatched shiny was a Chikorita in Y version. I think it was after around 400-ish eggs.

Pretty sure it was Zorua (One of my top favorite Pok?mon) I named him after me. c:

A beautiful Mudkip boy! He was around 200 eggs I think? Can't remember, it was a loooong time ago, and even then I know my numbers weren't exactly exact at the time since I was too lazy to count properly.

Chimchar. Made me hate Masuda Method immediatly because it took me over 2000 eggs and I saw videos everywhere of people getting one before even going over odds (512 eggs). GOD!

But in Sun and Moon the games have been more generous I've gotten all my Masuda shinies there before 200 eggs (I did like 6 I think) so it compensates I guess.

It was a Honedge in ORAS.

Tbh it actually took like 8 eggs for it to hatch... I then gave it to someone I randomly found online in the game. :p

I've caught quite a few shinies in my day, but I've never hatched one... I don't have that kind of patience ^^;

Shiny Espurr on Y. Back then when Gen 6 was new, I felt in love with Espurr and wanted so much a shiny one. Since no one had one to trade, I decided to breed one. So I looked up on the internet how the whole thing works with breeding shiny Pokemon and start my attempt. I can't remember how long it took, I know I was working on it for a while, almost wanted to give up because I thought it would never worked and also got kinda frustrated. But then, out of nowhere, a shiny Espurr hatched, after I don't how many eggs. Boy, was I lucky about it.

I also tried to breed other shiny Pokemon, but gave up at one point. So yeah, the shiny Espurr is so far the only shiny which I got.

I think was a shiny swablu on pok?mon black... i don't remember... <.<
In 5th generation i learned the rng method and i hatched a lot of Pok?mon.

I've only played Gen 7. My first shiny was a Smeargle on Egg 36. Placed the Rowlett next and got it on egg 19.
My longest hunt was 1700 plus for the minior and never got it. Found shiny minior while doing some random pokemon hunting. Gave up hatching the eggs.

When I first started breeding eggs for shiny I ran around and waited for them to hatch.
Stopped running around after I found out eggs could be left at poke pelago. Got around 32 to 54 eggs hatched in a day.
Leaving them over night for pokemon that takes longer to hatch helped.
With the island method you can shiny hunt while the eggs are hatching.

How do you leave them at pelago? I've never figured out that because I'm a noob lol.

I just run up and down the route to the left of the nursery and hatch them I guess. Having oval/shiny charms is good but honestly idk if that help due to their dumb rng method. Flame body pok?mon is useful though that I noticed.

I've only just gotten back in to Pokemon after nearly a decade (Ultra Sun) and I hatched a shiny Tyrant, using my own Pokemon, not from different regions, on the 45th egg.

I was hatching for a 6IV Tyrant and ended up with a shiny as well.

You need to develop the island using beans. When you arrive click on the bottom right button and than click on developed Isles.
Pick Isles Avue and develop it 3 times to get 18 slots to leave your eggs. Clicking on one of the signs and a message will pop up.
Click on that and it will take your pokemon box. Add 6 eggs and than click on the bottom Left bottom. Repeat until you have 18 eggs.
You can leave beans in the box at bottom. It helps speed the hatching process.

Check on the eggs later to see how close they are to hatching. If an ! is above the egg those are done. Touch the egg and it will hatch. If it's very close to hatching I take those out and replace them with new eggs. Leave the island and take the ones out that were close to hatching. Walk a small amount and those ones usually hatch.

Ahh, thanks. So you have to have eggs in boxes for it work them, no wonder they never showed up when I tried islands lolll.
