Green Star Fragment
today i struck gold and ended up on a shooting star island in may. the rocks yield star fragments and i've probably wished about 15 times now!!

cherry blossom and winter islands, although mostly the latter. i was finally able to craft/customize/catalogue the frozen set and the other wallpapers/floors that require regular snowflakes. i needed around 100, but they appeared relatively frequently, thankfully. i was also able to catch the 3 squid i need to cook some of the recipes i have. i only needed to craft a few additional cherry blossom items, but the petals appeared so rarely that i was there for ages, and i just ended up really frustrated with it. haven't seen the shooting star island yet, and i think it's the only one i haven't been to.

Rarest was the shooting star island with the star rocks.

But the most rewarding was the summer island, where I finally caught the third scarab beetle I needed to have Flick make me a model. Probably the rarest bug in the game.

I got to the Star island and I loved it. I was ale to get a lot of fragments and did a lot of wishing on the stars just so I can get the fragments to spawn on the beach on my island the next day.

The only rare islands I’ve been to are a bamboo island, an island with tomatoes, and an autumn one with the falling leaves (this was a few days before the leaves started falling on my island). Other than that I keep being taken to a boring island with nothing special

Oh I just went to that island just now from the 2nd island. Honestly nothing special it reminded me of the Nook Mile island where you saw a lot of Bamboo trees.

The best island he brought me to was the very first one. It was a normal island, nothing special, but just experiencing it all for the first time was magic !! :D

Otherwise, I did get a shooting star island, that was cool ... I've also had cherry blossoms, maple leaves, pine cones and acorns, mushrooms, Summer shells ... Lots of great ones !! I've been very lucky ...

The carrot island when I needed carrots! Still waiting for a tomato island or for Leif to stock them

I got an island in the summer season and caught 4 fish/3 bugs that I could donate to the museum. I was super happy!

Another day I got the cherry blossom island, and even though its not anything special, I spent maybe an hour there just because the trees are so dang gorgeous I didn't want to leave.

Shooting star island, I got a ton of star fragments from it, another one is the vine/moss island which I was taken to 3-4 times, which was really nice.

I’ve unfortunately not encountered the shooting star island yet. Hopefully soon. I’ve been to islands with carrots, wheat, tomatoes, bamboo, snow, and the vine/moss island. I guess so far my favorites have been the ones with vines and moss because those materials aren’t easy to find especially in the quantities I want them for crafting purposes!

I think Kapp'n likes me or something, because he has taken me to the vine and glowing moss island like 4 times now. Which I'm not complaining about at all, because I need the vines for my theme.

I also came across the shooting star island recently, which was nice. I don't really need star fragments at the moment though.

I've been on most of the Kapp'n island types at this point (only one I haven't been to is the full gyroid island). I'd say the best I've been to is the star fragment island, since it's a really good way to get a lot of star fragments easily, plus the date the island is locked in did help me get some fish/sea creatures I needed for some recipes the lone time I went to it, lol.

The shooting star island gave me 1 or 2 fragments from all but one month. My island has no heavy showers during most of fall and all of winter, so this is amazing.

I honestly don't go to the Kapp'n islands much the best for me was money tree island.

Unfortunately they only yielded 3,000 bells worth for each tree 🙃

Cherry blossom island, it was a zen experience of catching petals for a few hours. It was beautiful and calming.
