When I was in secondary school, my fear of the dark and unknown things like ghosts/demons made me stay up until 4AM. 4AM because that's the time my mum would get up for work so I felt comfortable enough to go to sleep afterwards. Though it sometimes helped her out as she sometimes slept through the alarm so I helper her wake up.
