Probably around 36 hours. I remember doing an all-nighter and I went to get groceries in the afternoon and then I came back home at like 5PM and then I immediately fell asleep.
well theres been two or three times where I didnt go to sleep and just went to sleep at my usual time the next day, but aside from that the latest i've gone to sleep was at like 7:30 am lololol
One time i stayed up till 12am playing Portal 2, which is when my Xbox Live Gold membership ran out. I have woken up at 12 and haven't been able to go to sleep, so whichever trumps.
The longest I’ve been awake is about 30 hours. I was eagerly awaiting my 2017 trip to New York and couldn’t calm myself down. The only sleep I got for two days was 3 hours on the airplane. As a result, my first memories of Manhattan are vague. I slept better for the rest of the trip though.
There was a point in middle school where I stayed up for about 50 hours straight. I just couldn’t sleep. I wasn’t tired. I’ve been better at sleeping now that I’m graduated, though. I always thought I had insomnia back then. I’m a natural night owl.
I've pulled many all-nighters before, in other words a full 24 hours before the fatigue gets to me. Was it to do unfinished schoolwork? Baha, sometimes I just can't pull away from my book, AC, Zelda, or Poofesure.
I'm not somebody who did all-nighters growing up, so I've only stayed up 24+ hours once, but the lone time I did, I end up staying up 33 and a half hours. It was a rough one since I had woken up at 9 AM for a final, then studied for my last final until 3:30 AM and tried to fall asleep shortly after that, but my brain wouldn't shut off and I failed to get any sleep. After I gave up on trying to sleep, I struggled with trying to study and had to be driven in to take my final, though somehow I had my adrenaline kick in and carry me through that final (which I somehow did slightly above class average on, lol), then I finally fell asleep around half an hour after I got home. Needless to say, I've made sure to never stay awake for that long again.
