I like TBT because I rather spend TBT here than having to complete someones wish lists, spending over millions of bells, or giving away my dreamy just to get another dreamy off of tumblr ^-^
Also its waaay easier than dropping off bells like what everyone else said

This. I for one use it to buy art and graphics. The seller may use it to buy collectables to, like Jacob Iwall states, show their dedication to the site. These collectables may show your achievements, like in the fire festival.
