What's the weirdest HHP home request a villager has given you?

I was watching a YouTuber, and he went with a villager (Lionel) that wanted to live in a "sea of toilets". Makes no sense! Lmao.

Makes me curious about what others have encountered. What's the weirdest request you've gotten?

So many people in this thread snubbing Lionel's love for toilets.

I tried my best to make it look nice, it was a challenge but it was fun. Definitely more fun than all the requests that are kind of similar.

What do you mean? Lionel can show up on everyone's game, it's just random when you get him.

Meaning I wonder if everyone's getting him at the same time because I got him right before I unlocked the partitions, but if they're random then that answers the question. He never left even when I TT'd to a different day so I was wondering if it was scripted.

It kinda reminds me of Eunice's default house with all the washers. I like to think that she runs a laundry mat.

The weirder requests are the best because they break up the monotony of the fiftieth cafe request. I enjoyed Tybalt’s “bat collection”, Victoria’s “everything yellow” and Becky’s choir practice spaces because they were fun to design

I see what you mean now. I unlocked partitions with a different villager (I don't remember who) and already had them when I got Lionel, if that answers your question!

Well it has to be Lionel who asked to have a home "Filled with Toilets" I mean seriously? For a smug villager I would've thought he would go for something more royal, but of all the things that villager wants is a bathroom? Pfft I would say no to that. I mean is he trying to be like Klaus or something, because thats the only villager I know who has a bathroom interior (seriously I don't get why villagers are like that sometimes).

Oh yeah, definitely Lionel. The thing I find hilarious there is that it’d be totally doable to give him a bathroom request that doesn’t emphasize toilets QUITE so much, but no. He specifically wants toilets. You do you, dude.

Tybalt’s bat collection/dugout was fun. I was also surprised by Annalisa’s* request for an exclusive supper club, but that’s mainly because her request emphasizes the exclusivity and I wouldn’t expect that from a normal villager as opposed to a snooty. (* Note: I say Annalisa, I might mean Annalise, I’m referring to the anteater and not the horse. Their names are SO similar it throws me.) Then again, I also tend to mistake her design for a snooty, too.

(On the subject of partition unlocks: I got Pekoe for that one! Her home’s fun but a pretty standard zen resort type.)

Oh, I also loved Vivian’s being a gym, but specifically a MUSICAL gym. Wouldn’t expect it from her classy look, but it’s excellent. Think I’m going to make her roomies with Audie and her DJ theme.

That one is weird to me. A music in a gym? Was she seriously asking to be in a band that is suppose to be a gym like place? I got no words for that one or its something that actually exists in real life.

I guess that means he wants a Kitchen. I mean seriously "A place too cook rice?" that was so unoriginal, but okay whatever the villager says they want might as well do it.

Her order includes the club floor and wall, so more a gym with vaguely musical theming. I think the idea is something like step aerobics or spin classes that are frequently set to music to make them, you know, more fun than just stepping on and off a little platform, but more dramatically so because Animal Crossing.

The only question is. How is she going to sleep in a gym? I seriously have to add beds to every home everytime I do a theme and it doesn't have a single "bed" in their order.
