I got 100%, but it took me forever to find trash in the river.

I'm at 100%. And the reason you were able to do the approval rating on June 9th is because for the game, a new day starts at 6 AM.

100% finally! I started the day around 10 with 27%, played 5 hours, came back at 5 and finished at 7:15.

I didn't think I would make it because my villagers got angry that I was talking to them so much

Also, I may have cheated slightly. You get points for watering flowers, but I found that if I picked some up, carried them around for a bit, then replanted, they stopped sparkling. I don't know exactly what triggers it, as not every flower reset each time, but I managed to replant the entire town three times before the trick stopped working. I got at least 12 points for it.

I think I also misunderstood the instructions for selling at Re-Tail. I had to put an item up to resell, not sell directly to Reese. I went from stuck at 99% to finished.

I don't think so. I got more points if I completed a task for them; five points I think. But I talked until they got sick of me and I was stuck at 88% for a long time.

Got 100% today. All it took was watering every flower, pulling any weeds I saw, talking to neighbors, mailing letters helped a lot on the first day, planted trees, and that's it. :3 I think villager interaction and planting things/removing weeds really sells it.

Mine is 85%; it was 82 then I decided to post something on the bulletin board.
I was doing villager requests for a long time today but I saw in a thread here that you are capped at the amount of approval you can get from certain tasks a day. Is that true? If so...aah that is unfortunate haha.

Finally got 100. Doing their errands really helps, so talk to them ALL THE TIME.

My permit processed overnight, too. Already set my ordinance and paid off a cobblestone bridge. Yay!

I'm currently at 76. I changed my town tune, flag, wrote on the board, picked weeds, recycled, etc. so I guess I'll have to bug my villagers for the rest of the day. Miranda was going to come over but cancelled on me and Camofrog invited me over but he was outside and completely ignored it. Sheesh! >.>

As of this morning I was at 38% (I think). Hopefully I'll be able to get that up to 100% by the end of the day. Do you guys think that's possible based on your experiences? So far this morning (none of my villagers were awake before I went to work) I climbed up to where I am now by changing the town tune, writing on the message board and changing the flag. I also sent letters, does that help? Guess I'll be bugging my townies to no end tonight!
