I love cabbage, sweet potatoes, and corn. I was going to list more but I recently learned that they're actually (technically) classified as fruit and not vegetables.
Broccoli! I love it!
A few others would probably be sweet potatoes (even though I'm pretty sure potatoes aren't considered a veggie..?), carrots (NOT COOKED.. yuck), asparagus, okra, and maaaybeee even spinach! I love veggies in soup, a LOT. So, as long as it's cooked, given the exception of carrots (I cannot stand them cooked), I'll eat it ^_^
Sometimes I'll eat broccoli raw, and I always used to eat it raw, until I had it steamed. Then I fell in love with it xD
I love broccoli, asparagus, corn, cabbage, sweet potatoes, zucchini, squash, etc etc. Basically everything everyone listed above plus more! I'm a veggie enthusiast.
My favourite vegetables would have to be potatoes, beets, squash, carrots, spinach, and most importantly...cucumbers. I love how wet and juicy cucumbers are.
I love potatoes, spinach, mushroom, lettuce, romaine, carrots, garlic, and basil. As long as the vegetable dishes are well-cooked and well-executed, vegetables can be a delight to eat.
Long story short, I just prefer cooked vegetables in general.
I like a lot of vegetables; honestly hard for me to pick a favorite. I like squash, sweet potatoes, corn, peas, carrots. There are plenty more I like but those are the first ones that I could think of
I’m definitely in team cooked veggies, I don’t like raw ones. That being said, I love so many vegetables I could probably list them off for ages, but I think some of my top favorites have to be baby corn and bamboo shoots. Any time I get food from an Asian restaurant I zero in on options that have those in them.
Corn for sure. It's sweet and tastes phenomenal with butter and pairs so well with savory toppings. Bonus points for the satisfying soft crunch of corn on the cob.
Honorable mention goes to okra, I've only had it once in one form but it was great and the slices look so cool.
