Mine are
Least favourite: grass wear and flowers going poof when you run
Most favourite: the amount of upgrades and post office (the post office is literally my favourite place)

Least favorite has to be how there is no absolute way to make sure you don’t get a DIY you already know inside the bottles that appear on the beach or from the balloons or a way to refuse one after an Islander says how they noticed you already knew how to make whatever they’re making.

Favorite thing is how much easier to make sure you can get and keep the Islanders you want and that they don’t randomly decide to move out without consulting you and leaving and thus making you stuck with whoever moves in next until someone decides to move out.

Least Favorites are grass wear and diving.

Favorites probably is just the fantastic variety of furniture, especially food items. I love how much stuff there is for decorating and different themes, plus the additional customization options.

Least favorite: villagers moving their house wherever they like and moving out whenever they like.

Most favorite:events and being able to choose the room you want to expand

Least favourite: the lack of storage. It’s so hard to go back to after playing NH

Most favourite: being able to sit on rocks all the upgrades! I love the progression aspect and the way that 10 years on I still don’t have everything unlocked and there’s still stuff to do

Least favourite: The grass wear & lack of storage compared to NH.
Most favourite: This is so difficult for me because NL is my favourite game so theres a lot I love. I’ll go for the Island, the train station / town hall upgrades , the furniture options & the overall look of the town as opposed to it being an island.

The grass wear is better in this game than it was in city folk. My city folk island was almost a desert town with how much I was running around

But my favorite thing about the game is everything, it is the most perfect thing ever best entry in the series and that's why it was hard for me to get into New Horizons.

Least favorite: Constant villager requests. They can be fun to do sometimes! But I feel like every conversation is a request, and I get tired of it. Also the wardrobe and storage is so painful to go through, after experiencing NH's version ;n;
Favorite: Oh man, everything I guess? I like building up main street, being the mayor and decorating the town (even though it's not detailed like NH, the simplicity is nice in it's own way), the island, there's just so much!

Favorite — I love how I can't seem to run out of things to do. The gameplay is great.
Least favorite — Villagers moving out whenever they please. I'm glad it's no longer a thing in ACNH. Also, Shrunk.
I'm sorry but he kinda scares me.

I don’t like the mayor gimmick and I hate public works projects. I love just being able to put things were I want like new horizons. I’d rather the game be all or nothing.

What I like biggest thing is the bull horn I love that thing it’s a pain looking for a specific villager it makes it really handy.

I think the shops are
Way better than new horizons and hope the next game brings back a little “city shop “ thing.

Least fav - grass wear NEVER RUN! Villagers could leave randomally and some could ruin your trees, paths, flowers. Less design space.

Most fav - the events were better then, tortimer island, the old furniture they used to have. Hide and seek!! Making coffee for villagers! More fruit and perfect fruit. The exterior designs on houses, the sweet fence was adorable and I wanted to eat it!

My most favourite things in New Leaf are: The items you can collect, like the cute furniture and so on. I liked that you could play with others by visiting the island.

My least favourite things: I would say the public work projects as I never ever got the items I was after in that game..... I really wanted the hamster ball/cage thing. I tried so many times to get villagers to recommend them but nope :(

My least favorite would have to be not being able to see your clothes for dressing your character like in New Horizons
My most favorite would be my villagers asking me to complete tasks for them! ( I know this happens in New Horizons but I only had it at the beginning of the game - it's been years since a villager asked me to do something for them )

FYI i just started playing on wensday so im new, but so fare here is my list

LOVES - villager dialougue, house customisation - re-tail
DISLIKES - Small screen, shops opening at 10 am, how hard it is to get every tool (two days in a row all i got was a shovel and a net)

I am a acnh pkayer who just got new leaf, if anything i said is wrong about the gam because i just started, im sorry!

If you're still missing some tools, you can go talk to Isabelle and she'll give you some small quests, and tools to go along with them! There's also a way to get the shops to open up earlier, which if you haven't unlocked yet, it should be pretty soon.
I hope you have fun playing ACNL

Least favourite: tied between the game nagging you and making you feel bad for being away for long - or that you've got no control over where villagers want to plop their house down

most favourite: the vibe/atmosphere/music at certain times makes it so cozy and makes me feel comfy

I think if I had to pick...

Favorite: the amount of things there are to do in general compared to any other AC game (Tortimer Island and the minigames added in the Welcome Amiibo update, for instance)
Least Favorite: how annoying it can be to unlock wanted public works projects (I know there are tricks to speed it along, but I always had horrible luck and found myself too impatient to keep at it, so it always took absolutely forever for me to get the ones I wanted most)
