cheese 🧀

I love camembert cheese, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Brie cheese is the second runner up to one of my favorite cheeses. In all honesty, I just prefer the texture of soft cheeses over hard ones.

I like cheese. I wish it was better for you. It is nice to throw in stuff. And there is so many kinds. Different flavors and textures. I feel confident there is a cheese for everyone somewhere tbh. You can use it in savory dishes, salty snacks, and even in sweets. Throw it as a topping. Even as a snack in itself really.

I've never been a fan of cheese by itself. I like to use it when making stuff, but I just can't stomach it by itself for some reason.

i might be the only one here, but i like blue cheese mainly because of how powerful the flavor is.

I love cheese! One of my family's nicknames for me growing up was "mouse" because of how much I loved and ate cheese LOL. I have fond memories of being in the kitchen with my mom and grandmother while they sliced up cheese for salads, snack plates, etc, and stealing pieces of cheese as they sliced it up. I also had have a reputation for sneaking into the kitchen and eating shredded cheese straight out of the bag. 😂

My favourite cheeses are cheddar and pepper jack, but I also like cream cheese, mozzarella, swiss, colby, colby-jack, feta, gouda, havarti, parmesan, monterey jack, provolone, and cottage cheese (though I'm not a fan of its appearance or texture)! The only cheese I've tried that I didn't like was blue cheese.

man, i love cheese LOL
I really like strong cheeses like aged cheddar and gouda (but not a fan of blue cheese or similar LOL) and I also really like ones with either floral/herb stuff or fruit in them!

two of my absolute favorites are sheep cheese with herbs and aged white cheddar

I'm really picky about cheese but I generally hate it. But I was doing some research on various places around the world and I want to try pão de queijo from Brazil. It literally just means cheese bread but I want to see what the difference between that and just slapping a slice of cheese on a piece of toast.

I like cheese. The only one that I would out right refuse to touch is casu martzu because of how it is made. I don’t mind bleu cheeses and I will eat them if they are in a dish or dip.

I love cheese, pepper jack being my absolute favorite, but unfortunately had to cut back as it seems to cause my eczema to flare up, and occasionally really aged cheeses will give me migraines ;-;

It’s been a few years now actually that I’ve cut most dairy out of my diet! I rarely have it, Only time is if I’m really craving something, like Mac and cheese lol.

I use dairy alternatives for the most part nowadays! It’s just really hard to find ones that don’t taste overly processed/chemically :/
I do love plant based cream cheese though! That never fails me haha

I never knew cheese can flare up eczema.

It absolutely can! Of course it can vary person to person, but my eczema is heavily diet and stress related lol. If I only had eczema in a small spot I probably would say f it and keep eating cheese xD but mine can get really bad unfortunately
Ohh okay that makes sense, my eczema usually flares up because of the weather or temperature.

i remember when i was super young (i wanna say like 3 years old) i use to eat those singles cheeses as snacks, and then shortly after that i just stopped liking cheese and thought it was gross. i refused to eat anything with cheese and people thought i was lactose intolerant when i simply did not like cheese. everytime the school lunches had cheese (like pizza or whatever pasta they had with cheese) i would give it to my friends.

i think it was around late high school or early college where i was watching a variety show and they were eating pizza and they made it look soooo good, and i felt like i was missing out on not eating pizza so i wanted to try eating pizza. but every bite had to have a meat topping on it and i'd wash it down with water after, but once i started getting into pizza i started to be able to eat cheese again. i can only eat certain ones, like mozzarella (and honestly i think that's it lol). if it's on a burger i skip it and i pick it out of my sandwiches.
