What's Your Style?

I prefer just a T shirt (like a graphic tee) and pants. Unisex cut, not the curvy cut. I prefer darker colors opposed to brighter colors. I avoid pastel colors unless the graphic is really cool. I buy my shirts one size bigger than what fits me since my shirts tend to be 100% cotton. They will shrink through the first year of washing. Super casual I suppose. It's the most comfortable for me and I'm not a fan of multiple types of cloth found in the women's section in my wardrobe due to having dogs. They may snag if it's a sweater or something with a looser weave that is still comfy to me. I hate shirt layers or but will tolerate it if I'm expected to wear nicer clothing to an event. I hate most tops due to the cap sleeves or being sleeveless.
I avoid shorts and have since I was 14. Even though I wasn't over weight, I had stretch marks then. Plus dog claws on bare legs isn't fun either since my dogs are small, they aren't trained not to jump because they weigh nothing and they will crawl onto your lap if you sit down. Capris are awesome though but being so short, they fit like flood pants, so I get giggled at. Long shorts (Bermuda shorts?) fit me like capris but I don't find those very often so I don't have any right now. I also avoid white pants and white shirts if I can. Too easy to discolor or stain.

I have a bunch of hand me down clothing that is a size or more bigger than what I normally buy that I'm getting through for mostly just at home right now though. It is from a relative that really wanted me to have them. Some of it is ok. They mostly have abstract designs on them. I still prefer other tees. I am almost through them, so I can start buying my tees again. I normally have/wear 10 or so tees at a time, so they wear out on me quicker than someone with more to rotate.

Jewelry, if I wear it, is my wedding ring and just a necklace. Sometimes I'll wear a bracelet or an additional ring if no necklace and I want to wear something other than my wedding ring . Rings I find fussy and get in the way of things though. So I don't wear additional rings very often. I like semi gemstone stuff or things like wood or shells or glass.

My favorite styles are:
  • Fairy kei
  • Decora
  • A sort of pastel springy tennis player aesthetic
  • Gyaru (several types)
  • Sweet Lolita
  • Mori Kei
  • Mori-kei adjacent with muted fall of late winter colors
  • Just simple and cute outfits like a black turtleneck with a plaid skirt
  • Pastel/bright/general cute alt fashion

My style is gothic I mostly wear black I own very few colour clothing items and if I do its darker colours like wine and emerald. Anything black or with skulls I love!!!

oversized t-shirts and jumpers, usually with a striped longsleeve top underneath. wide-leg jeans/black chucks and trainers. i'm into more darker/earthy colours and i don't really reach for bold patterns or anything t-shirt/trousers wise. not into makeup or jewellery

i wouldn't attribute my style to a certain aesthetic! i would say my biggest style inspirations are alexa chung, carolyn bessette-kennedy and chloë sevigny.

elements of my style i get most complimented on are my makeup (always a winged eyeliner, often with a red lip), my dress collection (a lot of vintage 90s/00s designer silk chiffon pieces i've sourced from etsy/ebay/depop/vintage stores for a steal over the years), and my shoes (super old cowboy boots, red mary janes, black knee high boots).

I wear a lot of black, but occasionally purple, dark greens, or greys. Usually neutral or darker tones.

Hard to describe, and it varies.

I can say that I like florals. Floral blouses, dresses, skirts. I like magenta, but I try to mix it up and wear different colors.

I tend to dress modestly, aside from occasional tank tops. You will almost never catch me in anything shorter than capris, including dresses and skirts. Probably the most common thing I wear are pairs of black capris.

I embrace the seasons and holidays. I have a wardrobe that I bring out for Christmas, as well as lots of jewelry! I have fun.

I’m really particular when it comes to clothes. Not necessarily fashion-wise, but it has to FEEL right. I like loose, comfy clothes that are still cute. I like hoodies, sweaters, sweatpants, and T-shirts with a scoop or v-neck. (bonus if the t-shirt has floral patterns, cute animals, or characters)

My colors are usually brighter in the summer, darker in the winter. I have a lot of red for this time of year. I also like cute socks with animal patterns, characters, sayings, etc.

I will dress up when I have to, though. I used to wear jeans all the time and I can’t stand them now, so I never wear them. That’s probably my one clothing pet peeve.

I wear mostly black, but also a lot of sports-themed apparel as well. Other than that the color that looks the best on me is blue, so I do have a few blue-colored clothing pieces as well.

Fashion has gradually become a bigger interest of mine, i think i would label it as grunge + streetwear. Long maxi skirts, baggy jeans, silver necklaces, big earmuffs, oversized shirts with a hoodie or jacket on top.................................i shop around a lot on taobao for independent brands with that sorta thing, but also minga london which is more convenient with shipping and all

Just Simple and Basic. I know its boring but I don't care about themes on what I wear.
Nothing wrong with that. I do that to because most times it's a lot cheaper than buying all the fashionable or preppy clothes. I don't go around buying bad looking clothing that doesn't fit right (too tight/too baggy) but I'm also not chasing after high dollar designer logo stuff.

Last few years I wear my warehouse uniform more than anything else because of the pandemic/just crazy hectic work schedules lol. I also do reenactments so I guess that's also my style? You know, when the rebels come a'knocking I gotta put my frock on.

My style tends to be oversized graphic tees/knits, with wide leg trousers and platform shoes such as dr martens or new rocks. I guess you could say it’s kind of j-fashion/emo as I wear a lot of stuff from j-fashion brands such as acdc rag, and own a lot of dms. Usually the colour combinations I go for are black & pink, I don’t wear any other colours really, apart from white sometimes but it’s always with a hint of pink.

I prefer darker colors/shades like black, white, gray, navy, and maroon, though I also have a few outliers like blush pink & a light brown.

I don't hunt for any particular brand, and typically get most of my stuff from Marshalls, TJMaxx, or the occasional thrift.

I suppose my style is casual/comfortable? I have two pairs of jeans that I wear (black and dark blue). I also wear long patterned skirts (vertical stripes & herringbone).

For tops, either a t-shirt, oversized sweater, or a simple-patterned/plain blouse with a cardigan. I have a few graphic tees that I like wearing, too.

In the summer, I love a good flowy dress & my shorts.

I don't wear any accessories, and have a pair of shoes for each specific occasion (summer flip flops, casual black flats for office wear or when I don't want to wear my converse, dark brown boots for the winter, running shoes for activewear, cloud gray/white converse for everyday wear, and nude heels for formal occasions).

I am non-binary for reference. I am a self-proclaimed minimalist so my clothing follows a similar color pallet. I also don't have insane amounts of clothing and it feels nice not having to worry about what to wear each day. I wear clothing with my favorite sports teams on them, and sometimes that will spark a conversation. I also have five pairs of the same pants, and they are comfortable as hell. Additionally, I carry a sling bag. The particular one I have is often used by tourists but I really like it. I travel more than the average person, so I guess it makes sense. My personal item just turned into my everyday bag.

I wear mostly masculine clothing.

I don’t think I really have one, tbh. If I do, I‘d describe it as basic and comfortable. I probably don’t look super put together most of the time since I prefer to wear baggy clothes; hoodies, sweatpants, graphic tees, leggings etc, but I try to look as neat and presentable as possible while still wearing comfy clothes. I’m also more drawn to darker-coloured clothes, namely black clothes, but I’m okay with wearing any colours so long as I like how I look in them, and I like the clothes themselves.

I‘ve been trying to put more effort into my appearance lately as well. Like I said, I always make sure that I look neat and presentable when I go out, but I’ve been trying to do more; spruce things up a bit, I guess, lol. I still wear my baggy clothes since that’s what I feel comfortable in right now, but I’ve been trying to accessorize more, start doing my makeup more often again, painting my nails etc. I’ve also been thinking about adding more non-baggy clothes to my wardrobe.

I know I don’t have to do these things in order to look good, but I find that I feel more confident when I put more effort and thought into my appearance and the clothes I wear, so I want to.

victorian lolita academia and lots of sweaters

i dont wear this skirt anymore bc the buttons fell off and i havent sewn new ones on yet but this is an outfit that i own!
its hard to dress like this sometimes bc i have to buy clothes online but then i cant feel the fabric before hand so sometimes i get stuff that triggers my sensory issues and i either need to wear a bunch of layers underneath or not wear it at all.

Just a normal comfy style like: T-shirts, Jumpers, hoodies, jeans, trousers, pyjamas

I have some Disney T-shirts, hoodies and pyjamas ^u^

I wish I could dress in sweet lolita but imagine the prices lol and I don’t think my mum would approve and I do care about what people think. At least disney clothes make me happy~
