When do villagers start to ask to move?

I have all my 10 villagers today (the 10th officially moved in and settled) so I was half-expecting someone to want to move... however; so far nothing.
For all those who TT and cycle, how often do villagers try to move out approximately?
In the event that I decline, how many more days can I expect to wait for another animal to try to want to move out?

My 10th moved in today, and I also had Flip tell me that he's leaving today.

one asked to leave when i had 8 villagers! not sure of the exact number of villagers you need though...

Apparently it’s super random. I have friends that have had 8 villagers or so, and had villagers ask them to move out. I had another that completed their ten villagers and then got a villager to leave.

I have all 10 villager slots full and, for some reason, the 9th villager asked to move out yesterday (when he's only been in town for like a day or two).

I have 8 villagers and my very first one asked to move today. Like others have said it's probably more random, but it took about 13-14 days from the day they moved in to ask to move out (this was even after I talked to them every day).

Oh wow... in that case it's taking quite a while on my island.
I don't TT though so I suppose it could have something to do with why no one has asked yet?

Yeah, I was quite sure someone would ask to move today though having 10 villagers and all but nada.
Guess I'll see if anything comes up tomorrow.
