Funny how much I don't care for winter irl but in ac I love itI want winter in my island pleaseit was so disappointing today when I played that is was still very much Autumn. Even down to the mushrooms
I wish we get snow irl where I'm at. It's just coldSame !! I get plenty of snow irl but most of the time it’s not fun as it’s dangerous to drive and you have to clear the drivewayFunny how much I don't care for winter irl but in ac I love it

Ah I love snow irl but we hardly get any. It's most just cold and ice ew ! In ac it's so much more fun ! I loved winter in ac since new leaf ahSame !! I get plenty of snow irl but most of the time it’s not fun as it’s dangerous to drive and you have to clear the driveway

Same here!It snowed today for me, just one day after Turkey Day! I was surprised! ❄
Absolutely!!!! I also noticed that the color is between blueish and greenish color, much colder than in autumn i like that there is a change in ambiance !

i'm excited for when it packs up on the ground haha. i also would love to see a blizzard... i feel like my snow was a bit on the light end... but hey im not complaining hope u get urs soon, it's truly a sight to behold

I really love snow and I'm disappointed too that the transition to winter is slower than expected. With the snow IRL starting to appear where I live last week, I got all excited and wanted to experience it in AC. So I TT'd to test out when it would actually snow before TT'ing back (in preparation for turkey day). My weather seed seems to be wrong because it actually didn't snow on December 3rd when it should be according to the weather report. It snowed on december 11th on my island (probably not the first snow though), and the ground was all covered in white starting mid December.
So to answer your question @Etown20 , the ground remains white even on days that it doesn't snow and from memory the villagers keep their winter clothing.
Now that we are past turkey day in the game, I am so ready to experience winter fully. The snow is soo beautiful. Even without changing anything on my island, the snow alone changes the scenery so much. It's really magical. ❄
Edit: Nvm, it started snowing today (in real time) on my island when I logged onto my switch. Was pleasantly surprised of this! ^^
