When does the snowboy nightmare end?!?!

Seriously hate the stupid snowboys! Anyone else frustrated with these annoying things? Every day I just push snowballs I to the water now, I don't even bother.

i got sooo bored with them after collecting the diys, that i left the whole season haha

when i was still in winter, i used to roll the snowballs til they were at the maximum size
then i just pushed them off the cliff

They end somewhere in late February, when the snow goes away.

I've already completed the Nook Miles achievement for perfect snowboys, so now I just ignore the snow balls. I have no interest in collecting large snowflakes or crafting frozen DIYs. The 3-tier snowman was the only one I crafted.

While the snow boys were cool in the beginning, I have acquired all the DIYs associated with them... I have since grown tired of them AND the snow, so my island is currently in summer.

I only got the game less than a month ago and I am already tired of the snowboys! I have all the DIYs and am just 2 or 3 perfect snowboys away from the Nook Miles achievements being done... then I will never touch them again!

They are definitely too sassy for my liking, now I just boot the snowballs in the river and carry on with my day.

My girls don't like seeing the snowboys melt away over time, so I'm saving them the heartache by not bothering these days

bahaha nooo i love the snowboys!! I do get kinda disappointed when i spend forever trying to make them and then they say not good enough though....but i really love their dialogue

I also gave up on building snowboys after getting the nook miles achievement.. as much as I loved snowboys in previous games, it's so annoying how precise you now have to be to get a perfect snowboy! there's hardly any leeway there. maybe if we still had the full snowfamily i would've kept going, but I just ignore snowballs now and am starting to replace the furniture from the part of my island I cleared so snowballs would spawn

Yeah, I'm pretty much done with them now too. I finished the perfect snowboy achievements for 2 PCs and got all DIYs for all 5 PCs. I only keep the snowballs around for the dung beetles lol

I have been ignoring the snowballs...I got all the DIY's, but I am still 6 away from finishing the NM achievement. I will try and finish it at some point, but I am just not into it right now. I still have time, but getting those perfect ones are not too easy for me. I should just get it overwith though, and try to do one a day, but I don't get on everyday.

I hated them in the beginning before I could get them to be perfect snowboys. Now, I like getting them to be perfect, though I haven't played my game since Toy Day because we moved on New Year's eve. I do hate when I biff one though, and I'm left with one snowball lol .

After I got all the DIYs, collected enough large snowflakes to craft them, and getting the 20 Perfect Snowboys Nook Mile achievement, I just ignored all the snowballs.

Try the method that involves rolling one of the balls across 10 squares of sand. I was very frustrated until I tried that method.

Thanks! I haven’t tried any methods tbh just keep rolling them x3 I’ll try that out next year, I still want to see if I can figure it out

Based on my experience before I tried that method my top ball was too close in size to the bottom ball compared to how that method turned out. So maybe make that top ball smaller? Of course,I haven’t seen your attempts.

thanks for the help! i am making my top and bottom snowball very similar in size, so i'll try making the top ball smaller
