When mentioning other members...

So, I understand you're not supposed to talk about other members, especially for a bad reason. I kinda want to know, what are the limits of mentioning someone else? Is it, none at all, even not directly or there are a few exceptions. I'm not entirely sure.

you can talk about other members, just don't say anything that could paint anyone in a bad light and don't mention other members' bans

In short, we cannot prove who was in the wrong in an altercation and publicly naming people can cause issues and make others uncomfortable. These sort of matters should be dealt with in PMs or you can contact a mod. This one is obvious, but you should not talk about other members personal information or discuss bans. Mentioning other members is fine as long as there's no ill intention behind it! Hope that helps!
