I think that I'll usually read up until page 4-6, but I suppose it also dependent on the type of post it is, and how popular the post got? I'll also go back a few days later to look at some more that I didn't get the chance to read?

Also, how many post will you typically read on other people's threads. I'll also say 4-6 pages, but also dependent.

If it's really long, I'll read the 1st 2 pages and the last 2 pages generally.

*I don't think I've had many or any threads that has gone over 6 pages though, but I think It would take several days before it got over that limit, and by then the post would be old, so maybe I wouldn't even look at it at that point.

I usually read them all if they're in my own thread. Unless it's a Basement thread or the Nook's Homes Thread, in which case I only read the recent replies when I happen to post there. Since those can get to hundreds of replies that really aren't that interesting.

I try to keep up with all the current posts on both my own and other people's threads. I only follow a few of the forum sections regularly, though, and will just check for any threads that interest me in the other sections if I'm really bored.

If someone bumps an old thread with multiple pages, I usually just check out the first post and then the current ones and skip all the stuff in between.

It depends on how interesting the topic is. If I post a more simple "coffee or tea?" kind of thread, I might drop off a little early, but if I post a question about something deeply philosophical or a really controversial question or something, I'm more inclined to try to keep up with all the responses.

I'll read the whole thing, and reply on posts I find interesting enough to spread info on.

That is, if I don't. Then i'll say the likes as: "Nice stuff, keep posting"

All. But I don't really make conversational threads. I doubt anyone would be happy if I ran an event and didn't bother to check their entries/respond to their questions!

As for other people's threads it really depends on how much it piques my interest and what I'm doing at the time. e.g. if I'm on here to pass time while commuting then I'm more likely to read the whole thread.

If it’s my own thread, then all of them. If it’s a short thread, then again, probably all of them. If it’s a extremely long thread (100+ pages), then I’d probably just read the last three pages.

If I made the thread then I try to read all of them, and like everyone's post so they I know I did read it; Although I tend to forget about the threads I make often :(
If it's someone else's, depending on what it is- I'll probably read a few pages worth and then call it quits. But if it's something like "What Did You Learn New Today" I definitely get sucked into it and read 20+ pages just because I love expanding my knowledge.

it really depends on the type of thread i make. if it's something that im selling/buying then i'll read all of them obviously lol. if it's something that is really an opinion based question, ill read up until page 5 typically. and once it's more than 2 weeks old i get bored of the topic because most of the opinions have already been given haha.

I usually read all the pages of a thread unless it's one that was bumped from a long time ago. The basement would be the only place where I don't read every single post and that's because there's threads there with well over 100 pages, so it's literally not worth my time. :p

I read all the replies when I start a thread. The whole reason I would make a thread in the first place is because I am interested in reading people's responses.

All of them. I do not really see a point in making a thread about something I am interested in if I am not going to bother reading replies.

I usually keep up with all my posts unless it somehow gets like 15 pages + (rarely), but even then, I think I still skim it at least. If people have taken the time to reply, I make sure to read it ^^

I would be far too nervous to read any of them, that's why I don't start threads.

I read all of them when I start one, but if it blows up I usually get bored with it.
