Where's my snowflake wreath DIY, Isabelle? >=(

So it's been a few days since snowfall, but Isabelle hasn't sent me the aforementioned DIY. She mentioned rolling up snowmen and...that was it. The next couple of days, there was no news/visitors to report, but STILL nothing.

Anyone else dealing with a stingy Isabelle? She gave me diys for all the other seasons so far. Idk why it would glitch out on me now. =S

Same here. I received it on one character on my second island, but neither of my resident reps or any of my other characters were given the recipe.

This happened to me too! I got the seasonal recipes from Isabelle for every season until now so I have no idea why I didn't get the snowflake wreath recipe. It really sucks but I hope I can still get it from a balloon.

I don't recall receiving it as well when we went through the winter here in the southern hemisphere. There was also some diy that she should supposedly give me when the maple leaf season started and I don't think I've gotten it.

It is possible to get this DIY from a balloon, so it’s not the end of the world if Isabelle doesn’t give it to you. At the beginning of Maple Leaf season she was supposed to give me the red leaf pile but it was Daisy’s birthday, so I got that unique dialogue instead. It took about a week but I was able to get the recipe from a balloon.

Oh weird.. none of my characters got a diy from Isabelle.. I got the wreath from a balloon. Had no idea she was meant to give anything at all.

I’ve not gotten mine either, on either of my two islands. I thought for sure one of them would have gotten it by now. I’ve had snow showers on both and it’s just been the same old “found my sock” or “called my parents” thing the last few days!

Weird! I got a wreath DIY from Isabelle a few days ago. It wasn't for snowflake though, it was an Ornament Wreath.

If it gets overwritten by an event (like a campsite visitor), sometimes Isabelle won't offer it on another day. When that happens, you just have to hunt balloons for it.

It seems to vary with her. She gave me the picnic set in cherry blossom season but did not give me the shell wreath in summer. Even if she doesn't give it to you you can still get it from a balloon.

I found my snowflake wreath in a balloon. So if Isabelle doesn't come through, don't give up hope.

Yeah. I'm not worried about not finding it in a balloon. I just wanted to know if my game glitched out somehow when it came to Isabelle

It has to be snowing when she does announcements for you to get it from her.

That's weird, cause Sterling's birthday was on the 11th so I got his announcement, but I got the wreath the day after instead, and then the one about snowboys the day after. Unless the announcement is supposed to happen on December 12th I don't see why she wouldn't give out the DIY on another day.

Can confirm it has to be snowing. Thought Isabelle was holding out on me again (I never got the mushroom wreath from her ) Found the snowflake wreath in a balloon, and then we had our first snow since the ground got covered, and she gave it to the side characters today. So long as that doesn't coincide with another event, you should (theoretically LOL) get it then!!

Same here! I got mine from a balloon but on my boyfriend's account he recieved it from Isabelle. I thought maybe it was because there was a visitor at my campsite, so she mentioned that in her daily announcement instead of the seasonal changes and wreath diy? Idk just a thought

EDIT: After reading what others have experienced I think having another ongoing event during the same day is the reason she didn't give out the diy
