Ah gotcha. I'm not on all day, so I probably missed it. I thought it was like the autumn leaves, where it'd be there all day, but not have any on the ground or any collectable snowflakes for a couple of days.

I had the same thing happen to me. Isabelle announced snow and I got excited, thinking it would snow sometime that day. I know it doesn't stick until later in the month but it would be nice to see it snowing. It actually never snowed the whole day or evening even though she announced it. The next day it snowed for hours yet no announcement!

I’ve never had Isabelle ever announce that it would snow.
I’ve had a lot of my snow storms between 12pm-2pm. I’ve then had one at 4pm and it stopped after 15 minutes.
I think it’s random whether it happens or maybe it stopped when the game loaded up.

You might be like me where my first snowfall was supposed to be on November 26th however that ended up being Turkey Day which forces the weather to be clear. I guess even though it’s clear the game tells Isabelle to still think the first snowfall happened and so the first time it actually snows then she doesn’t say a word about it.
This reminds me of when Isabelle announced shooting stars but I waited for hours and saw nothing. I had Celeste, though.
Then the next day (I think) I had shooting stars even though Isabelle said there was no news.

I had Isabelle mention that there was snow the other day, but there was nothing when I went outside. However, I *did* notice that the ground appeared to be slightly whiter, as though there was a very, very thin layer of dusting.
There are 24 hours in a day (5am to 5am), and you've seen just 1 hour upon starting the game. Patience, Grasshopper.

I do play more than one hour in a day, y'know, you got a bonafide AC addict here. Plus like I said, I didn't know how snow worked.
In other news, I FINALLY had snow today! It looks lovely. 🌨
I know, I was referring to the current hour you started the game in, since rain/snow will last the entire hour if they are to occur. Probably could have worded that better.

had my 1st snow right after thanksgiving, since then on days when it's gonna snow it usually snows at around 4-5pm
