Ankha: Even though she is the Ancient Egyptian villager, other villagers like Boris and Diva (who I both love, mind you) have much better interior designs to their houses with that sort of aesthetic. I'm going to give her the house she deserves.
Annalisa: My early-game Normal villager. I was unaware at the time that the Lazy, Normal, and Peppy villagers you got from the Nook Miles Islands got generic homes just like the starting Jock and Sisterly, so I was kind of disappointed when I found out. I'm not as torn up about Annalisa's compared to Bella and Tucker's homes, but I'll want to give her house a new look anyway.
Bella: Same reason as Annalisa.
Klaus: I love Klaus' character design but I've never been fond of his house's Roman bathhouse design, plus he has a couple pieces of clothing that he ended up displaying that I can't wait to get rid of.
Definitely Eugene. That office has to go. Otherwise I’ll probably do little Things with each house. It’ll be nice to decorate the starter houses for the first residents you get.
I will redesign all of them, but I will be prioritizing my permanent villagers.
Hopefully they introduce more gym/sports themed furniture. Because of this, I might reconsider bringing back the original concept of my island. I can finally disregard their personalities and hobbies since I can make their houses fit my island's theme.
With the morning aerobics and the possibility of the new "flexing" reaction, Flexmont will be the Flexmont I have always envisioned.
Agnes. I want to make it into a post office. Her house exterior on my town is decorated as a post office.
Cole, I want to make it Messier and less beach themed. I want it to actually look like a home not an outdoor area. Same with Avery. I don’t want his house to look like it’s an outside area.
Probably any of my villagers who have an 'outdoorsy' theme (which is a lot, lets me honest). Otherwise, I only plan on adding to their existing décor until I feel like overhauling them all completely.
Probably all of them to some degree, but of my current batch, Zucker and Plucky need it the most. Bea's isn't a proper home either, but it's at least kinda cuter. Provided we can change their wallpaper, I'll be moving Apollo out of his storage unit and into a real house.
Tybalt is my favorite animal I have, and he has a bed and table and things, but it's still not great. As he's a permanent resident, I'll definitely want to fix that up too.
Bunnie is still in her starter home, so she'll be the first to get a remodel, but there are things I'd like to change in everyone's homes. Cranston's is the only interior I really like, but I have given him bug related stuff that doesn't fit so maybe it's time for him to have a less classy home!
Probably all of them, although I haven’t seen the interior of Ione’s house yet. I’ve messed up everyone’s houses with gifts, so I can’t wait to fix them again. Judy decided to take some of the starry garlands off her wall which really irks me! I’m going to give her the cutest pastel/star themed house when I unlock the custom feature.
I can't wait to fix Shari's house when I eventually get the DLC. What were they thinking with that dark, dreary purple and black interior? I'm going to give her back the tropical furniture she had in New Leaf, but I'll customize it and change the walls/flooring to be more colorful.
I might tweak all of my villagers houses a little bit but there's one I want to totally revamp and that's Mira's. In the past she had a spy/secret agent sort of feel which I liked but in New Horizons she was down graded to a stage with a couple chairs and dino standees. Blah.
I might still keep the stage theme but jazz it up with a more musical/idol theme. The dino standees just don't do it.
