Which one is better + critique?

So I did two versions of this Princess Bubblegum painting, one on my 3DS and one on SAI. Which one is better? I also need critique. The SAI one isn't shaded because I'm new to SAI.

Work on more details on the hair, but it's great!

They're both cute
But Sai has so many brushes you can create to fit your style
I would say keep practicing on sai
Smooth out the lines, work on your line art
Then worry about coloring later
But Anatomy comes first

I prefer the SAI one, even without the shading! Add some shading once you learn how to use SAI better and I think it'll look great!

3DS for sure.
I'd say definitely make the hair less tall. And work on making her eyes farther apart.
