Which was the saddest villlager move away that happened in your town(s)?

Recently I had to say goodbye to Drift in my Island. Even though i wasn't devastated, I was quite sad to let him go. He was one of my starter villagers and everything he said was incredibly cute, because he has the jock personality and he's a tiny frog.

I sadly had to let him go because I was trying to get rid of Agent S or Freckles but for some reason they never got the thought bubble in those days it was passing through villagers, so i've decided to restart the cycle to see if now they catch, but I hope to see Drift again later on.

Mine is definitely Freya, she was a dreamy and I loved her so much, but since I was stupid and time traveled a lot without talking to my villagers, she moved out without telling me. I still miss her a lot

Way back in like June 2014 Zucker moved out of my old NL town. He was a natural move-in, moved in like a week after I got the game, and when he moved into my town he instantly became one of my favorite villagers. I don't remember exactly what happened, I had to time-travel for something and I got on the game at like 5am (in-game time) and Isabelle told me that Zucker was leaving but when I went to his house he was asleep.

So of course when 6am rolled around his house was gone. I think I cried for like a week over it. Luckily I got him back in my new NL town, and he still happily lives there today <333

Back in my New Leaf town Coco moved unexpectedly when I hadn't played my game in a long time. I didn't pick up my game again lol.

For New Horizons though, I still feel sad when I think about Bruce leaving. Sometimes I wish I had kept him.

d-dom why did you leave?? i unfortunately had to get rid of dom, one of my best friends in ACNH.. he sent me letters a lot... he was wholesome as heck. i got rid of him because I had too many jock villagers (and I still do, three to be exact... Flip, Mott, and Louie)

I miss Dom and one day we will reunite again....

If this happens with Lolly I’ll be extremely upset.

I remember that I was quite upset when Kid Cat moved out back then in Wild World. He was one of my favorite villagers, as I loved his superhero design (I'm in general a big fan of the superhero villagers). I talked to him so often, sent him tons of letters with gifts and made sure he would never leave. Well, one day, he just moved away, guess I didn't paid enough attention around that time. Was pretty sad about it for a few days and hoped he would maybe move into my town again one day (which was unfortunately not the case...).

I'm also kinda sad that I let Canberra go in New Horizons. She was my starter villager along with Coach and at first I was planing to get another Uchi villager, but afterwards, I actually realized that she would have fit to my island pretty good. I found Charlise now as my Uchi, however, if she wants to move out, I wouldn't mind going on the search for Canberra.

it was cheri for me. she was my third villager in acnh (my first ac game) and i really love her she calls me her bestie a lot and i let her go cause i wanted new villagers. when she asked to leave i was pretty down for a few hours lol

When Merengue moved out in my New Leaf town.... It was a pain with the villager cycle so I just didn't play for a long time when she left lol.

Either Jay or Hamlet! I lost Jay when I time travelled in my old town, and I was pretty upset. Hamlet just moved out naturally

Zucker is moving away! I’m sad, but also hated his home decor cause he was one of my first villagers so he didn’t have his default interior. Hope to find him again later down the road!

And when I had to let Lyman go, he was ugly but I was good friends with him!

In city folk, I remember when Rosie moved away & I was devastated because at the time, she was my favorite villager.
Another one (also in city folk) was Queenie. She moved out back in March and she had been living in the town since I've had the game (2008).
