Who am I?
I'm Adrian and I'm a 19 year old from the US. My friends tell me I look like a bull because my nose ring is so big! I have a bad Nintendo Switch addiction and I enjoy making all kinds of art. Art made from dead things is my favorite type!

Why do I play?
I enjoy the concept of not having to do anything I don't want to do. I like that there's no real way to win or lose. The game is exactly what YOU make of it and in my opinion that's what makes it so special. Nothing else I've played has been able to match that type of style in the way that Animal Crossing does. I like being in control of my own little world and making it into what I want it to be

Why do I play?
I play animal crossing because it makes me happy, I don?t have a lot of friends in real life because I have severe anxiety.
When I was younger animal crossing was my way to escape from the constant bullying and stress of school. Now I play animal crossing because I love the peaceful music and the community surrounding it! Meeting friends with similar interests..

Kids can be cruel, Mercedes. I'm so glad you found your personal respite, as well as a wonderfully diverse community of like-minded individuals with whom you can freely and openly share your passion.

Who am I?
My name is Kyley and I am 20 years old. I live with my boyfriend of 3 years and I am quite the hermit. I spend most of my time alone as my friends are 4 hours away, and I currently am unemployed (but applying everywhere I can). Fiona Apple is my biggest inspiration.

Why do I play?
I started in 2008. First, I fell in love with CF because my best friend showed it to me. I asked for it (for my DS) for Xmas so my brother got me WW! I remember playing it at bedtime and hiding it under my pillow when my mom would check on me (,,: It's just uber nostalgic for me and makes me feel like I do have pals to talk to who care about me just the same (,:: The world is a very scary place, but animal crossing feels like the safest (warmest, and fuzziest) vacation from it all.

I am currently scrambling to find a used switch before the game comes out because omg I need it immediately

Why do I play?
A reason for myself to get a switch, since I'm too busy for work and traveling, didn't get switch when it launched. But the AC switch looks great, and I always like to buy and collect limited edition or custom made stuff.
Also the ACNL on 3DS was fun enough, and I think it's great to continue the new AC on the new switch.
And the other special reason is, I collect too many collectibles and antiques in real life. Maybe spend some time on game can let me have less time looking for collectibles and spending money.

I’m Mattia, I’m 28 and a Head Creative for an adventure and halloween scream park.

Why do I play?

I’m not even sure! I can’t even remember how I got the first game on GameCube, I think I read about it in a magazine and loved the sound of it and I’ve got every game since. I fell in love with it instantly. It really is just a series that is wonderful. Having anxiety means it’s a perfect way for me to escape the every day, especially how full on my job can be. It’s just something so different and special.

Since I stopped playing New Leaf about a year ago, my irl collecting has exploded while my wallet has imploded. I know the new game will satisfy my collecting itch at a much lower cost.

why do i play ac?
I’ve been playing animal crossing since wild world and it’s definitely my all time favorite game. When the news came out for new horizons your girl was screaming lol. It’s so relaxing and fun some of my favorite memories are playing animal crossing. I’m excited to get my AC switch and dive in on March 20th!!
