Who are your most disliked villager in the game?

This is personal hatred but if anyone feels the same about female kangaroos, then you can't count them in this as they take the whole list otherwise.

For me its molly. The most bland of the bland. She looks like a generic duck that will be on a book for toddlers. I dont like the "cute" villagers at all and she is peak "cute".
No personality and just the worst.

Wade. I dont know what it is about him but he has such a punchable face.
I cant stand looking at him.

Lastly scoot.
He just looks... wrong.
Like his helmet is the only thing holding his head together.
I see him and think he needs a hospital.

Edit: don't hate on anyone if they hate your favorites. My 5th best villager in the whole game is limberg. And every time I watch a villager hunt on YouTube and they see them, I have to hear how gross they are.
If I can handle people disliking my favourites, so can you haha

Edit 2: if you want to talk about villagers that aren't in new horizons that's fine. But this is about new horizons. If they're not in the game, they can't be the focus of your reply.

I was originally going to say Harry the Hippo. I had always felt that his appearance was the ugliest. He gets points though, for having a super cool house (interior and exterior).

Its funny because he's one of my favourites for how he looks, but I always found his house to be a mess aha XD

I can’t really think of one that I hate. I think Kitty and Purrl are very similar looking, like Bliss and Caroline. There’s a complete lack of originality here.

I strongly dislike all of the Amiibo villagers from New Leaf, though. Crossovers need to stop, in my opinion. Even when Link, Isabelle, and Villager got brought into Mario Kart, it was weird. They just look out of place. There’s no place for Zelda looking villagers on this game. Where’s the creativity?

I have to agree.
Some of them look super cool like medli or wlink (who's name I hate so much)
But they don't feel like legit villagers
They feel like cross overs and that they don't belong.

If they had the same designs and everything they would probably be fine, but the connection cheapenes them a lot

Yes. Wolf Link is my most hated cross over character. His name being abbreviated makes zero sense and his character makes even less sense.

My most hated is Elise. Very ugly monkey. Inside and out. My most unpleasant New Leaf experience was with Elise and her annoying house. It took me months to get rid of her.

I hate all the hippos. I really, really hate hippo villagers, but like you said, that's a list and it would take long.

My most hated NPC is Phyllis. She was so rude to me in NL. I hope she doesn't return in NH. However, in NH, my most hated is Orville. You can probably guess why I hate him. Mostly its all the dialogue that you have to get through just to go to an island

Yes. Wolf Link is my most hated cross over character. His name being abbreviated makes zero sense and his character makes even less sense.

I kinda want them to come back for others who love them, but to me it's better without them.

Also don't take my edit as a slight against you at all. I just wanted to edit it to make sure no one stated villagers not in the game and nothing else.

I don’t know about hate but I very much dislike most of the gorillas. The only one of them I like is Louie. The rest of them can go far away.

For New Horizons, I think my least favorite is Goose. He’s not a Goose, so his name makes zero sense. He was also my starter jock, and it took me forever to get him out. I had to force him out with one of my Amiibos, because he just would not leave.

I strongly dislike any with lipstick. The ones that I dislike the most are Naomi, Alli, Rocket, Violet, the chickens. I also don’t like most with heavy eyeshadow like Paula and because she wouldn’t move out in my town in NL (she eventually did but took forever).

Just wanna say that the only thing I dislike about these guys are their designs. Not for who they are:

- Jitters for his "eyebags"
- Naomi for that abomination of a color scheme
- Harry's "mustache"
- Marcie, Sylvia, Astrid, & Rooney's colors and designs
- Freckles' eyes are too far apart
- Candi's eyes are way too high
- Iggly's eyes

Special mention: Hippeux.
I dislike him so much for always showing up to 3x whenever I'm island hopping that I feel like I want him on my island now.

Oh it 100% is!
I find it hard to believe so many people don't think of stories to their villagers but just take them on a surface level.

Like right now I have Rooney. Thought I would love him but I don't so he is gone as soon as I have his photo.

He is an old man who dreamed of being a boxer.
His dreams never came true but he never gave up.
Hes old and defeated now but still trains for the day that he will have his boxing match and prove himself to the world.
The day will never come and deep down he knows it. But he will never let go.
He is stuck in the past and is resentful of youth trying to enter sports.
He wants to warn them of the dangers to come. But he doesn't do it for them. He does it for himself. He is a deeply unhappy old man.

I know its not the most crazy story for a boxing cranky kangaroo but as i said he's not staying haha

Well you can hear about my Tank drama here but also Charlise sucks immensely. I used to read all her dialogue like someone wheezing and spluttering, which grossed me out haha. I also didn't like Egbert at all, with his derpy face and general weirdo vibe. There was some issue between him amd Filbert in one of my NL towns going on too and I was definitely Team Filbert. I was surprised Beau was so popular too, as I wasn't at all keen on him when I had him.

I really really can't stand Truffles. She's my number one villain that I kick out right away if she shows up on my islands. Runner up is a tie between Hippeaux, Naomi, and Charlise.
