Who are your top 5 favorite villagers?

Okay, here's mine, and why they're heavily favored by me:

1. Bob - He's the first villager created for the series, and also the best IMO. A purple cat who looks (and obviously acts) super-laid back, and I consider myself pretty laid back, too. I think he became my favorite because I photoshopped a picture of him wearing 8-bit sunglasses, and I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I later edited a different GMOD model of him and made it my current profile pic on this site (as of this post). Needless to say, I love being best buds with him.
2. Dotty - I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Dotty is a female version of my childhood pet. That is a big reason why I like her so much, and I think she's the cutest villager. Even though her design is not as complex as some more popular villagers, it's simple enough for me. She was even given somewhat of an animated personality when a YouTuber I watched gave her a minor role in a little movie they made, in which even though it's not something Nintendo themselves would make story-wise, I still found very realistic due to the incredible animation. My current signature (as of this post) is actually a scene from said movie. Dotty is simply the best.
3. Lopez - I sort of gave him my own villager lore, and for some reason, could write about him for hours. Lopez is fairly underrated in my opinion. Both lazy deer (Erik and Beau), Diana, and Fauna seem to get most of the love, while I think Lopez should really be at or near the top of most people's lists. Nintendo hasn't even put him in Pocket Camp yet (the only deer villager, come on)! Regardless, this guy's awesome. Many say he wears eyeliner, and if that's actually the case, he pulls off the look so well.
4. Tom - His official backstory is pretty cool, and I somewhat expanded on it on my island journal. Putting that aside, Blue is one of my favorite colors, and Tom's appearance is, again, somewhat simple, yet not super cranky-like. He wasn't my top cranky villager originally, but that changed once I moved him into my island. Tom's a pretty cool cat.
5. Cherry - I would not have cared so much about Cherry if it weren't for my favorite streamer making hilarious commentary about her antics in their town. I moved her in myself, and surprisingly, liked her way more non-ironically than I thought. Her appearance is somewhat tough, and I think that's the coolest thing about her. I could have her wear tomboy-like clothes, and it would match fairly well compared to dresses. There's not many sisterly villagers I truly like; Cherry's fortunately one of them.

The last two were hard to choose, but I ultimately decided that they stood out more to me more than others. I like many other villagers, and of course, there's a few I wish I could have, like Lolly and Roscoe. Maybe they'll come to my town in the next game?

This is always pretty hard. It's just hard to think about who I really like most, and if there's anyone I might want on the list later. It's also hard to describe exactly why I like them sometimes. But here's my list as of now:

1. Hugh. I've said this before, but he's been in my New Leaf town since the beginning. I always thought he was pretty cool, but now I really love him.
2. Rosie. I started to like her after Pocket Camp. She’s really cute and definitely my favorite peppy.
3. Lolly. Favorite normal villager, but Goldie's a close second. She's just really cute and sweet.
4. Static. He's just one of the coolest crankies. He's been on my island and in my campsite in Pocket Camp for a while.
5. Teddy. He was in my Wild World town, campsite, and New Leaf town. He's just a good villager.

Honestly, this is just how I feel right now. Positions 1 and 2 feel pretty definite, but 3-5 feel less definite, and could probably change!

1. Agnes: My sisterly starter villager! She's really cute, sweet and funny. Has the funniest side-eye. Always brings medicine.
2. Patty: She has such a loud energy, but she's so positive and sweet. I adore her.
3. Gayle: Her catchphrase is "snacky", which makes me laugh because she's an alligator. Is she secretly threatening us?
4. Pinky: Just sweet and peppy.
5. Louie: Starter jock villager!

So this might seem like an easy way out, but my list rotates depending on who visits, who wants a vacation home, and what my mood is lol. But I do know for sure that Shari and Biff are permanent spots on the list.

Drago will always be number 1 but the others are placed because of my fascination with more Asian themed villagers at the moment. Lucky always makes the top 10 but shifts from spot to spot based on how I feel at the time. Since its getting near Halloween his spot has gone up more

Marshal, Kid Cat, Lucky, Kiki, Merengue, but I base my choice on my physical preferences. To be honest, my favorite personalities are normal, lazy, smug and cranky. I quite dislike the others. Kiki looks like my new kitten, Merengue is so sweet, Lucky makes me feel bad about what happened to him, Kid Cat I don't know a big crush and Marshal is Marshal.

Most of them are LAZIES. I looove my lazy babies. The one in bold will never change because I'll always love love LOVE Zucker! Melba used to be my number one since day one, but Zucker stole her spot sooo fast ;w; Cranston is really cute and silly too. Love that funky guy.

• I think regular members will know who my number one villager is, but for any newbies it's Buck! Buck and Ursala were my starting villagers, I hated Ursala, but fell in love with Buck from the very beginning. I love his passion for exercising, and he seems to be a very happy horse. The others villagers are in no particular order,
• Al - He is so cute with his tummy showing and talking about food.
• Roscoe - Who couldn't love his eyes when he gets annoyed?
• Kidd - When I first had Kidd on my island, I wasn't really bothered one way or another about him, but since my Mum had a soft sport for him I moved him back in and he is a permanent resident of Hazzard. Kidd holds a very special place in my heart.
• Elmer - I would love to see Elmer on the same island as Buck, so maybe I'll need to move him in. I've got Elmer on one of my islands and love his house. Elmer has such an adorable face.
