My birthday twin is Pudge! He's cute and I want him but I already have 3 lazy villagers, including a lazy cub, so I need to control myself...
Doc!! And he was a villager in my New Leaf town for years! I loved being his birthday twin, it was so fun to see him at my party and then go to his house for his party. He's one of my favorite villagers. For his birthday I would give him fish because it's so funny to watch your character hand them a live, loose, wiggling fish. I gave him a goldfish last time I think. I want his amiibo card now so we can be birthday buddies again 
Something I noticed about dialouge in NL is that the villagers will talk about your upcoming birthday just as much as other villagers, that's not true in NH, in NH they talk about other villagers upcoming birthdays more than yours. I remember this very vividly as Julian got attention the entire month but no one mentioned mine :<

I share my birthday with Quillson. I don't hate him, but he's not one of my favorites, either.
However, Vic has a birthday literally one week after mine, and I'm much happier about that, he's one of my favorite villagers!

If you also notice, a villager's upcoming birthday in New Horizons will never be mentioned by the villager themselves - only by other villagers. I suppose there's a surprise factor that's being taken somewhat into consideration, even though it's not really a surprise when Nook posts the notice on the town board.
Who even reads it anyways..?
Anyway, my birthday twin is Kyle (December 6th), and I couldn't have asked for a better villager to share it with. He's so cool; I even had him move to my island with me. I can't wait to see how the birthdays will play out this time!
