A lot of hate seems to be thrown around for Tom Nook, with a lot of people calling him evil. But, in my opinion, Crazy Redd is one of the worst characters. He keeps selling those forged paintings and anything else I remember that he sold in City Folk, if it wasn't an item unique to his store, was always overpriced.
I also can't say I like Mr. Resetti because he has always seemed so annoying, and of course, he has scared children in the past. Gracie also just seems like a very snooty character in general.

Your opinions are wrong and invalid banned.

I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Resetti is just my favorite NPC character, lmao.

Out of the worst, I think it would have to go to Timmy and Tommy. I don't hate them, by any means, but they just really are nowhere near my favorite characters.

I don't think any of the NPCs are really that bad, but I would agree with Redd. I never liked it when there wasn't a painting in his shop that I needed for the museum. When he did have a painting in there that I needed, it was unfortunately a fake. :/

Gracie reminds me of a manager I used to have who made me cry a few times because they were so mean! I do love Gracies furniture and clothing though...it’s just hard to look at Gracie without thinking of them :(

I actually find it kinda fun guessing the forgery, it makes getting the museum to 100% a whole lot trickier! This might be a bit unpopular, but Celeste is my least favorite, in New leaf she's incredibly boring, they only added her in because fans of her would kill them if they didn't. She's the most boring character in the game, I wish they never even brought her back the first place, hopefully they make her more inresting in new horizons

I haven't forgiven Lyle for scamming me in WW ages ago via infinite dialogue loop (that I once spent like ten minutes trying to escape, convinced that he'd give up after a hundred or so refusals), and also the first time I remember noticing him he was blocking the door to my house and I thought he was a burglar. :p Plus he's stingy with points in Pocket Camp and he's just plain annoying in general.

Also in WW, Gulliver always calls me things like "melon-headed" and "dimwitted" and then expects me to fix his ship for him. Like no thanks, if you're going to insult me I'd rather break your ship even more. I just don't like his personality at all.

Those are my two least favourites (not sure which one I hate more) but Resetti is my third least favourite. I just always found him a pain to deal with and I'm glad they made him optional in NL so I don't have to see him anymore. I can see why people like him, though.

Yeah, when I saw this thread Lyle from Wild World was the first NPC that popped in my head.I got so fed up with his BS that I shut off my game and didn't play for a long time afterwards.

Also,Gracie from AC Gamecube.I hated when she made you wash her stupid car.I used to dig holes all around her and the car and that forced her to move to a different part of my town. She's still a bit annoying but not as much as in the first game.

It's no secret that I'm not a fan of Isabelle.

Yeah. Lyle was a moron, but I'd dig a circle of holes the day he came aroud, push him in and dig another to trap him.

I'd taunt him, watching him running on the spot, going nowhere, fast. ^_^

Harvey would get my vote. I don't hate him, but he doesn't really serve much purpose. They put him in charge of a campsite and didn't even bother using him for a main role in Pocket Camp.

definitely agree with lyle from ww, he was a complete pain. My poor boyfriend made the mistake of talking to him and got stuck in the endless dialogue for 12 minutes before i noticed and told him he had to buy insurance. i'm also not a big fan of digby in NL, i mean he is cute but i wish that he had a lot more dialogue options and would elt u leave hh showcase without the dialogue. And speaking of personality, i feel like in NL they stripped kick's personality away, so if they did bring him back in NH, i hope he would have more personality like i remember him having in let's go to the city.

Wouldn't call them the worst, as they are actually two of my favorite NPCs, but I'm really not a fan of the New Leaf versions of Blathers and Celeste. I just hate how "dumb" and non-talkative Blathers became, back then he talked way more and actually explained something about the things you donated, now he just repeat one simple sentence over and over and that's it. As if they forbidden him in NL to talk about his job/hobby more. As for Celeste, turning her into a watchdog for those rooms at the second floor and taking her away the observatory was the worst thing they have done to her. She was way more interesting with her old job.

I used to dislike Gracie so much when I played WW as a kid. Haha I could never quite figure out how to pass the fashion checks. I kept failing them and it made me so upset. I felt like she was so rude about it too ! Ah, how times change. I still don't love gracie's character but I understand it better now. :)

I didn't like her at first, in Wild World because of the tyres I always caught. I blamed her.

She had that bomb of a car, and I reckon she dumped those tyres in the river and ocean. o_O

Leila just kind of irritates me. I don't know whether they intended to make her endearing or annoying, but she certainly causes the latter emotion in me.

I really don't dislike any of the NPCs. They're all special in one way or another. But I have to say that Lyle is the only one who sometimes irritates me a bit. I just want to find out my HHA score real quick sometimes, not spend 2 minutes speeding through all of his text. I usually don't mind when the NPCs are a little more talkative, but Lyle takes it to the next level.

Booker is my least favorite. I only had him in one of my towns, but I instantly regretted it. Don't get me wrong- I love bulldogs, and he isn't a terrible character. But I got annoyed by his timid and numbskull personality. Copper is much more qualified for the job.

Aw I love the two dogs!
I remember when they both stood guard at the town gates in Wild World.

So many things I miss from that game that were charming.

I'd say Crazy Redd. I hate when NPCs are overly condescending and just treat you like you're dumb. I always disliked him as a kid and I barely ever wanted to buy from him because I'm petty, lol
