Who would you say is the worst non-villager NPC in Animal Crossing?

Another NPC that I forgot to mention is Phyllis, but just like with Blathers and Celeste, I only dislike her New Leaf version. The fact that she isn't as sassy as she used to be when you talking to her is kinda disappointing. She's like yet another victim who got watered down for no reasons.

Also, while I wouldn't call her the worst, Isabelle gets kinda on my nerves for a while now. It's not like that I hate her, she's just... I don't know, not my favorite NPC anymore.

I used to breed them, many years ago.

They don't need a heated tank, but a decent filter and gravel etc.

I fed them liver every four or five days.

They can bite, but it doesn't hurt. Their teeth are like hard bumps of flesh.

I would let them climb onto my hand and they'd sit there for a while, then slide off. (Yeah, they are slippery to the touch) It was like a game. ^_^

I don't hate them but Reese and Resetti are really annoying! I wish shopkeepers wouldn't follow you around, especially when you're trying to get a villager to notice and buy your items and I should be able to quit without saving if I want without a lot of dialogue when I start the game back up.

I hate Reese. She just bothers me. Every time I go into Re-Tail I’m just like ughh it’s you again. She follows you around everywhere and is always in your way. Like when a villager comes in and they’re standing there and you’re trying to push them to buy your items and Reese is just walking RIGHT into you and won’t move. She’s literally so annoying, like get out of my way and stop following me, she makes me mad.

I think that all the Animal Crossing NPCs are useful or imteresting. However, to me, the worst Animal Crossing non-player character has got to be Phyllis.

The worst is definitely Tommy and Timmy. They just are boring, there's nothing that stands out about them. They're like bad cookie cutter versions of Tom Nook.
