Who's creepier - Harvey or Zipper?

Oh, Harvey's absolutely creepier. When you scan the amiibo in they just.. Stand there like dolls. Creepy dolls that won't talk to you. The whole sitch gives me he heebie jeebies.

actually I have to say, that part is extremely creepy. I scanned isabelle in before I had her at my residents services and was excited to see her dialogue.. only for her to... slowly.... turn around and face me... in complete silence.

I love them both actually lol. Harvey's my sweet hippie boy (the room isn't weird it's just a photo studio???) and I find Zipper cute because he's happy and bouncey and brightly colored and has to do with my favorite season. I can see why people find Zipper creepy though especially if they know Robbie from silent hill (who I also find cute lol).

I didn't really think much of Harvey's studio. Zipper, on the other hand, is a wanted criminal on my island. And the crime is creeping out the resident representative.

You know now that you mention it, having a character named Harvey do photo shoots on a secluded island is... certainly a choice. Other than that, design wise and general personality wise, I don't think Harvey is creepy. He's just a stoner dog. But his island is to me now, because of the implication.

Zipper is aesthetically more creepy. I don't mind him so much (wish he would have left less eggs in my rivers and oceans but that's for another thread), but I can see why people who don't like mascots or animatronics might be sketched out by him.

Zipper is just so unsettling to me. I think it's the fake happiness that disappears when you get far enough away. Poor guy is going through something.

i dont think either of them are creepy harvey is just being used as a vehicle to shoehorn in the photo studio feature but he's such a sweet old guy who loves to hang out and feed birds. zipper is an underpaid retail worker and i respect his struggle.
