In my opinion, Jitters takes the cake. The way he looks is enough to prove that he's crazy. It's like he relies on coffee to stay awake and hasn't gotten any sleep in the last eight years lol.

Buck hasn't shaved those gigantic eyebrows which make his face expressions probably look weird and could be considered crazy in a way
