why doesn't Joan have any red turnip seeds?

today was my first time meeting Joan, the turnip peddler. but for some reason, she was already sold out of red turnip seeds. is this normal?

Edit: she's selling her white turnips for 108. should i invest?

Yeah she isn't selling any red turnips for me neither. I'm the only player living in my town, and I hadn't opened the gate for anyone. So she probably doesn't sell em randomly.

Investing in turnips for 104 each seems a lil expensive, cause all I've seen are Turnip being bought by Nook for less than 80.

Well it chnages in the afternoon, on AC comunity forums, some towns have had prices for 400. I investing like all my money in them I thought they were cheap. Oh no... If your town ever has a decent price for turnips PM immeditly!
