Smells Like Teen Spirit
Yes, Isabelle is adorable and very sweet. I even own the build a bear plushie of her. But behind that sweet smile and cutesy attitude, there lies a hidden vicious DEMON. Here are the reasons of why I don’t like Isabelle:
The island evals. She pushes you away from your creative visions and makes you develop the island how she wants it. Don’t want any trees or flowers? Too bad! Need to store your turnips outside and not in your house? She revokes your 5 star rating down to four stars for “too much trash.” She also ALWAYS WANTS MORE STUPID FLOWERS. Whenever she gives me that suggestion, I want to throw my switch across the room. One time, I even went out to individually count all of my flowers. And guess what? I had around 275 of them planted on my island. Then I went to the bulletin board and wrote a fake post from Isabelle out of sheer rage. The post said:
***** (name blurred out for privacy), if you want to get a 5 star rating, plant thousands of flowers. That’s impossible, so your island is stuck at 4 stars forever! HAHAHAHAHA

Just to be clear. I wrote that post. But I felt like that’s what I Isabelle was secretly telling me.
She tries to hide her negative comments with her smile, but she can’t fool me. She was sent by Satan himself to control my island.
When she’s outside during events and there’s a tarantula/scorpion nearby, she doesn’t notice it. Luckily, all of the villagers do. So at least they aren’t idiots or oblivious. They’re smart for recognizing the danger. But still, how is Isabelle oblivious? Either she’s stupid or does actually notice but pretends that everything is fine.
Those are my thoughts on Isabelle. I think she’s a vicious demon sent to our islands to ruin everyone’s day.
