Wi-fi Issues Today?

Anyone else having Wi-Fi issues today?

To cut a long story short, I can't add people as friends on my 3DS, I get a communication error... yet it's showing people online...

Been happening to me for like the past three days lol. But it's because we've had really ****ty weather here, and I'm lucky if I can get two signal bars or w/e for my laptop when I'm next to the router lol.

Must be a network/server issue Nintendo's end then...

Seems to be a universal thing; quite temperamental.
Working for some but not others :/

It's taken an hour of my 3DS just sitting there to connect (be online) but I still can't add friends :/
