Wifi Rating misunderstanding *-* Mods please help!

I was trying to rate a friend on wifi ratings and it accidentally rated her bad! I didn't mean to select that and I don't want her to have a false rating >.< How do I change her rating? It won't let me write another review until a certain date later, but would it still show negative ratings? Thanks~

Yeah, I would never write a bad review about you on purpose, and I don't want people thinking you're a dishonest person. :/ I really need it fixed.

Haha it's not a problem, I'm sure the Mods can sort this out for you! Is there any way to file a ticket? I'm not sure how it all works on here

I have no idea either, that's why I posted here *-* Hopefully someone comes around and can fix this soon, I feel really bad when something's my fault...

Fixed, I edited the rating to be a positive one, I can always edit it again if you had a more specific change in mind?

Can't you edit ratings yourself for a short period after giving it? Or is that text / detail only?

Actually I don't believe there's a visible report button for WiFi Feedback, you'll just have to PM us and let us know.
