So think about it. When you play your all so glorious Wii does you wiimote strap do anything other than break? All it does in my opinion is makes you feel more secure so you don't grasp the Wii-mote as much as you should. So when you get ready so strike the 91 pin bowing challenge BAM there goes your TV?

What do you think? Should you use a strap or not?

I wear it becauseI already have a small mark on the bottom corner from dropping it.

Well I'm not saying don't use the strap. I'm proably gonna use it. It's just my friend brought it up today.

No. Well, I dont, because I'm not the kind of person who's going to fling the wiimote around so hard it would slip out of my hand.

Right, I'm not either. But we always have to make sure if we let other people play, that they are using the strap...my grandpa kinda tossed it into the screen, although it was one of those pull-down-projecter screens, so it didnt do any damage at all.

I always use it just in case, even when I'm just on a menu. $50-70 is not something to risk.

I do. It's like they say, "better safe than sorry."

After all, Nintendo tries to make it as clear as possible to keep it on at all times, even when having to use one Wii remote for a multiplayer game.

:)

I find it to be pretty good to use. I heard news of some one not using theirs and it went through their TV. I'm not taking those chances.
