Will you be able to migrate from D/P to Pt?

I was wondering, will you be able to migrate your pokemon from Diamond/Pearl to Platinum, without having to trade?

i don't think so
migrating is something you can do with GBA & NDS games
not with DS & DS games, where are you supposed to put that other card then?

I'm trying to collect every legendary, and I did before Nintendo decided to make Origin Giratina, i'm not spending 24/7 in the trading thing AGAIN trying to get all the legendaries. Plus, I <3 my Kyogre.

Do you use Legendaries?

ya, i think they just need to start clean again anyway.I mean i could have transferred my Pokemon all the way from ruby and sapphire if i hadn't stopped playing. I know it's still possible to transfer them(pokemon from diamond/pearl) via trade but when nintendo makes its next pokemon game I think they need to just make everyone start over again. I know most of the Pokemon veterans won't like this but it's just my opinion.
