With the " adopt one villager over 24 hour period " does that mean if you adopt from one of you. eg:
person 1 adopts from you

person 1 tries to adopt from Mooarya

Would they be able to adopt both villagers or would they only be allowed to adopt 1?

One per our thread in 24 hrs, unless the 2nd one is not claimed and will be voided, then you could claim them also.

how did you get your town started so quickly to cycle, if you don't mind? when i restarted, i couldn't believe how long it took me. XD

eta: oops, forgot to mention, i usually do all the things you have to: museum donations, fleas, board, etc - but it took me about five days to be able to get my 100% so i could start kicking animals out. D:

I would familiarize yourself with the rules on page one. We don't take reservations for villagers or trade them for items.
