I would like him to go to someone who has him listed as a Dreamie...you might want to get a dream siggy or list up soon to avoid issues with claiming villagers in the cycling threads.
I am always hesitant adopting with new users (it's nothing personal), but no one else appears to be claiming him who has him as a dreamie. I see he is in your dreamie list so please promise not to trade or sell him if he ever moves and I will let you come adopt him.
