Legendary Something or Other
Since the game is still so new and thread not as active yet, I'm not being as much of a stickler on ratings unless there are negative ratings or accounts are clearly not active on the forums (i.e. never post here.) Several people are just now being able to get the game. We all do have to start somewhere on getting ratings or joining the community. =3
I will be updating the front page shortly with the forms.
Game Plan Update
My weekend plans changed so I won't have a secure internet connection most of the time...
That means I will likely wait to do the final "invite" for Marshal and Ankha until the start of next week. This way I can get them quickly in then out to hopefully a forever home.
My plan is Marshal will be Auctioned BUT with a twist~
I have had plan for this since I noticed I had his amiibo. He is one a lot of people like but just isn't for me.
Obv. I still have my own dreamies I would like so I would like a little something in return sometimes?
Since it takes me 3 days to invite. 1 day empty plot. 1 day move in boxes. then 6th day i can get them into boxes IF I already had another amiibo 2 requests completed before this day. Meaning doing an amiibo invite takes me a minimum of 6 in real life days and keeps me from working on my own dream villagers.
But... morally?
Its wrong to just sell a villager to the highest bidder for the highest price that I can boot again and again and again.
Thus, I plan to add "twist auctions" to my list~
What is a twist auction?
Well it runs like any other auction. Has all the same terms. All the same type of bidding...
Just something... different happens. Maybe the winner will get a special prize is all... and maybe those participating in the auction all gets a prize... or maybe 1st bidder and winner gets special prizes... or maybe whoever comes in 2nd gets the money/NMT that I just got from the auction. =p
The real twist is, no one knows what the twist is until the auction is done. Because... it's an auction. It will run like any-other-auction.
I will always know when I start the auction what "twist" I want to do (I have known what I wanted to do with this first one since I thought of the idea lmao) but telling people it may influence the auction in ways that are negative... example being if I say 2nd place gets the winnings? seems like the price will go higher and higher with spam bids where the "winner" is hoping they don't win but come in 2nd so they can just get a good payday. That isn't fair at all to those bidding because they actually want the villager. =/
