I have kAtie in my town.Somebody told me that they have katie too, and she wants to come to my town. so...does tat mean that the mom AND the baby are in my town??

Yeah the mom is usually located in someone else's town on your friend roster randomly.

If they are nice enough they'll tell you and open their gates. XD

After you reunite them, you'll receive a gift in the mail the next day.
