I just went to talk and see what the town rating was, cuz it was a C maybe a D+ or whatever yesterday....

And she says it is PERFECT!!!!!!!!!! I wasnt even trying for a perfect town. I was just doing flowers on my paths. Now to keep this rating! Woot Woot! I think I might be able to help those seeking a perfect town now that I see what it looks like =)

Well done! I got a perfect town rating too-but I was trying . After one month of buying flowers from Nook everyday I finally got it !!!
