I'm curious as to what people may say about their strength as an individual - whether that be physical, emotional or mental strength; or all of them for that matter.

Personally, I think everyone is strong and that isn't a good or bad thing, it depends on what you use your strength for or what you have safeguarded yourself from due to your strength. That goes without saying, I suppose.

Bonus question: do you think you are more physically, mentally or emotionally strong?

I made this thread as a way of saying that YOU are strong and YOU should probably acknowledge that. ;)

Physically I’m pretty strong, I guess. I would say I’m even more emotionally and mentally strong, however. Even if I’m going through a hard time or am having a bad day I tend to shrug it off and rebound faster than anyone I know. I also managed to overcome a year of severe depression and anxiety on my own in the past, and even though I was born with Aspergers (ASD), I’ve become 50% introverted/50% extroverted in life to the point where people don’t know I have it unless they specifically ask. So yeah, I would say I’m pretty strong. :)

Physically I'm ridiculously weak, I literally struggle to pull doors open sometimes. Emotionally, I'm super sensitive and get knocked down by just about anything (and the smallest things make me anxious) but I always get back up. I also usually handle my problems by myself. So I guess I'm strong in that way but not otherwise.

Physically I have a good amount of strength. I've been thinking about working out but getting myself to do it is a mental workout in and of itself.

Emotionally I can be pretty sensitive, but honestly dealing with my dad's bs over the last few months has made me stronger (and unfortunately, even a bit apathetic).

Mentally I'm pretty strong. I can do math pretty easily, it doesn't take me long to understand new concepts, and I'm good at applying what I've learned before to new things. Although I'm also ignorant because my mom kept me locked up safely most of my childhood, so sometimes I can, mentally, come off as a 10 year old. I hate that there's so much I don't know but what am I to do about it.

Not really unless you mean kicking stuff because my legs are pretty muscular lol. Mentally nope.. I mean I'm not sensitive like some tumblrinas but yeah I still struggle with stuff both due to my asperger and stuff happened in the past.

Physically I'm weak, I have little to no muscle definition.
The other two are debatable.

Physically I call myself “functionally strong” I can lift and carry up to 65 lbs and I have really good endurance despite smoking cigarettes. But hey, I can get all my groceries inside in one trip and move furniture with ease so that’s good.

I do consider myself an incredibly strong person emotionally and mentally. I have a wonderful grasp on self reflection and I can let go of things with ease. And I am a person who takes bull from no one. I’m usually the firm logical voice when people need support and I don’t shy from truths. I am NOT a doormat or a pushover and I love to encourage and motivate people as well as help people increase their confidence. It took me a LOT of blood sweat and tears to become the way I am and I’m very proud of what I’ve overcome. And I wish to help people grow in ways that I know helped me!

physically, yes i'm quite strong, i have good endurance and i'm pretty strong willed when it comes to exercise, i keep myself in moderately ok shape.

emotionally and mentally probably not so much, i tend to beat myself up and put myself down very easily, however i've never completely broke down, i always find a way to gather enough motivation to get myself out of certain slumps so i guess i'm not as weak as i think

I would say that I am strong physically, mentally, and emotionally, but I show my emotions more which can be a strength or weakness depending on how you look at it! lol

Physically. I'm lazy.

Emotionally, I can get a bit aggravated at times. Mostly when things don't make sense.

And Mentally. I'm almost quite the tech at laptops and smart devices. When it comes to my parents and family member's help. But when it comes to writing essays and such. I have trouble with it. It seems like a do it once and hope for the best type of things and I worry on what I write i'll fail.

So i'm pretty much not that "Tough". But I am who I am, I guess....

Physically: I'm pretty strong surprisingly. Only thing is that I'm lazy and don't like using that strength.
Emotionally and Mentally: No, not really.

So, I guess I can be pretty strong if i want to?

I'm only tremendously weak with the one I fall for (or care about). With everything else I'm not weak? I'd rather consider it non-sensible than strong though.

i ain't strong physically at 5ft, but mentally i'm pretty much an extremely loud and dominant personality. if there is a problem you can bet i won't play games. i clash with passive aggressive types because lack of backbone puts me in a bad mood. if you want me, come get me, you know?

emotionally i'm a little anti-social and borderline so sometimes i'm stable, sometimes i lose my grip, who knows.

I'm physically weak except for my legs, my arms have very little muscle so I struggle with some things dealing with arms like lifting and whatnot.

Mentally I'd say I'm pretty strong, I can deal with some things but it usually depends on my mood.

Emotionally, i'm pretty much a train wreck lol. I'd say I am sensitive and the littlest things can get me in a sour mood, although I try to not let it. I'm the most weak for the one I fall for

I think so. Emotionally definitely, I've been through a lot and I'm proud of myself for how I've handled things. Mentally, if we're talking intelligence wise, sort of, I do pretty good at tests and stuff for certain subjects, but I am developmentally disabled and I have trouble processing certain things that come a bit easier to others. Physically is probably the least strong, but even then, I don't have a car and so I have to walk a lot and carry groceries with my arms a lot, so my strength is probably closer to average than to completely weak.
