The reason I bought out all of the rest of the cake was because I wanted to be the buyer of the last cake left, and if I went offline I'm pretty sure they'd have been bought. I used my funds from selling my August Birthstone to buy the 11 cakes. I've now got 20 cakes, and I intend on keeping most (If not all) of them. I will try and sell a few, as they are out of stock, for a slight profit, but I am at no point where I have to sell my cakes.
